Just lie down.

Close your eyes.

We're going to start with the breathing together.

So it's two inhales,

One exhale.

We're going to focus our awareness up the spine,

Out the top of the head.

So inhaling up the spine.

And the exhale goes out the top of the head and back down to the base.

Let's begin.

So call on the ancient ones,

Our ancestors.

Wow, quite a journey through sound and meditation that is wonderfully produced and presented. The opening spoken introduction is a little fast if English is your second language and there should probably be a warning for those with breathing problems, perhaps in the written ‘about’ section. Thank you for the hard work and definitely one to revisit regularly. 🙏🏽namaste🙏🏽

I LOVED this!!! THIS is just the type of breathing meditations I search for every day here on Insight Timer. I’m a meditation rookie but a lifelong learner. I usually find myself searching on here for holotropic (fascinates me), breath of fire (I don’t know the Sanskrit name), as well as Wim Hof method. THANK YOU!!! 💕💕💕💕🙏🏻💕💕💕💕

I don’t know if that was the idea but I couldn’t keep up with the breathing, I couldn’t get enough oxygen into my lungs! Practice needed I think… I couldn’t hear the words at the beginning either but they’ll be in my subconscious somewhere…! Interesting and immersive sounds though, Beautiful, thank you 🙂
