So welcome beautiful soul, Welcome to this session where we will be listening, Loving and transforming the child within us, The inner child. So the first step on this journey of transforming the inner child is to connect with your inner child. It's a very important one. So just now I invite you to invite your inner child to be present during this session and to sit or lie down next to you now. So just imagine, Sense, See, Feel or know that your inner child is joining you and they are with you. They're either lying next to you, Sitting next to you and now I invite you both, You and one of the aspects of your inner child to begin to relax. Relaxing your body, Focusing your mind but relaxing all the muscles of your body. Just allow your body to relax as you breathe in and out. In and out. Relaxing and letting go. Going with the flow. Just focusing on your breath. Focusing on my voice. Now I invite you to sense, See, Feel or know that your angels are with you both and they are working with you both. Of course you are one but you are being given this opportunity now to receive deep transformation and I want you now to sense the age of the inner child that is with you at this moment in time and the age of that child may change every time you listen to this and that's okay because different things will come up to the surface. So different aspects of your inner child will come to be with you to receive what you need. What you need and what your inner child needs. So I invite you now to place your hand on your heart to know that your inner child is placing their hand on their heart too and you are going to be saying this to each other. You're going to be saying it to your inner child and your inner child whether you hear them or not will be saying it back to you. I love you. Do you know how perfect and loved you are? You are loved by the divine mother father of the cosmos. You are loved by a hundred thousand angels. Four archangels guard you every day. Archangel Michael is always with you to protect you. Archangel Raphael is always with you to give you healing and to help see the truth that you are loved. Archangel Uriel is always with you to help you remember that you are light. Archangel Gabrielle is always with you reminding you that you are a messenger of the divine and the words that you share touch many hearts. And if this is your first time connecting with your inner child then maybe you would like to say I'm sorry please forgive me for not connecting with you before but I'm here now. Or maybe you'd like to say I'm sorry that I've not checked in with you enough and I promise from now on to check in with you every day. And now I invite you to thank your inner child, To thank each other. Thank you so much for listening to me now. I'm here for you and I'm ready to listen to all you have to say to me. So now I invite you to go on a journey with your inner child. To take them by the hand and to start this journey in a orchard. An orchard of fruit trees. So sense, See, Feel or know what fruits are growing on the trees. Sense if there is fruit or sense if there is blossom or sense the health of the trees, The leaves. Now I want you to walk through this orchard and as you get to the end of the orchard you see a beautiful rainbow appearing. This rainbow bridge will take you and your inner child to a healing garden. A healing garden held within a space of love and light. In a place of magic and miracles. A place outside of time and space. So step onto the rainbow bridge together now and as you do breathe in the first the red to help ground you and to help clear anything that needs transformation with this ray. Just allow yourselves to breathe in the red and breathe it out into your aura, Into the space around you and as you do you begin to create a rainbow cloak. You're going to have a rainbow cloak of many colors. Stepping into the vibrant orange. Again breathing in and out the vibrant orange allowing the colors of vibrations to go where they're needed. Stepping into the golden yellow. Breathing in and out allowing the golden yellow to go exactly where it is needed. Moving into the emerald green. Breathing in and out the emerald green allowing for the transformation to occur. As you work with these healing rays you are preparing healing for yourself and the inner child. Stepping now into the blue. Healing your throat chakra bringing you both a sense of peace, Tranquility. So that you both may speak your truth with love. And now stepping into the violet. Breathing in and out the violet. Cleansing your vision. So that you can see clearly what you need and what your inner child needs. To transform and to go into a higher level, A higher timeline. Then we step into the pink. Unconditional love for you are loved by the angels. You are loved by the Mother Father of the cosmos. Divine Beloved God Creator Source. Just allow that pink to vibrate in every cell of your body. And notice the rainbow cloak that you have and the rainbow cloak that your inner child now has too. Look at each other, Smile and know that everything is going to be okay. Because you will be stepping out onto a new higher timeline. And as you step off the rainbow into a white mist, You can feel the love of a hundred thousand angels. You can sense you are in a place of magic and miracles. And you know without a doubt that you are on a healing, Transforming journey. And as the white mist disappears, You find yourself in this most beautiful garden. Now just look around the garden and can you see a playground within this garden? Can you see a seesaw that you can sit on together? So you can look at each other now. Your guardian angel wishes to join you and your guardian angel is going to be with your inner child and you are going to be able to look at your inner child being held in the arms of your guardian angel as you both sit on the seesaw opposite one another. And you gently play on the seesaw. And as you do, I want you to breathe in these affirmations. Know that your inner child is also breathing in the affirmations. I am safe. I am cared for. I am loved. I am blessed and I am free. I am cherished and adored. I am more than good enough and perfect as I am. And just notice now how the seesaw comes into balance and a sense of complete calm comes over you both. Your guardian angel invites you now to get off of the seesaw and to walk over to your inner child and to your guardian angel. And your guardian angel invites you to bless your inner child. So, Kiss your inner child gently on the forehead and whisper into their heart, I bless you in success, Love, Happiness, Joy and health. May you always feel the love of the angels and know how perfect you are in my eyes and the eyes of the angels of the creator. And now your guardian angel does the same to you. They whisper in your heart, I bless you in success, Love, Happiness, Joy and health. May you always feel the love of the angels and know how perfect you are in the eyes of the angels and of creator. And now you are joined by the divine mother father of the cosmos. They may show themselves in many forms. So, Allow them to come to you in whichever form is meant for you. The divine mother will whisper these words in the child's heart and the divine father will whisper the words in your heart. My child I bless you in success, Love, Happiness, Joy and health. May you always feel the love of your mother father of the cosmos. May you always feel the love of the angels and know you are perfect, You are loved and you are hold. Always, Always held within my light. So it is. Now I invite you to allow your inner child to blend into your heart centre now. Allow them to blend into your heart and allow the mother father of the cosmos to place their hands on your heart. One to the front and one to the back. Feel that love. Know that love. Allow the love to transform you. Allow the love to prepare you to step out on a new higher timeline. A timeline where you are in alignment with your divine design. A timeline where all that you need comes to you under grace and in perfect ways. Where all that you need is there waiting for you. And as the white mist appears, Mother father of the cosmos wave goodbye to you and you step back onto the rainbow bridge knowing that your inner child is with you. Knowing that you only need to place your hand on your heart and ask for them to speak to you and they will speak to you through your heart. So as you step back on the rainbow bridge into the pink, The violet, The blue, The emerald green, The golden yellow, The orange and the red. Back into the orchard. Notice the fruits on the trees. Notice the trees. Walk through the orchard to the end where there is an old oak tree. Placing your hands on the tree. Feeling yourself grounded. Grounded here on mother earth. And know that whether you're going to go to sleep now or whether you're going to wake up. When you do awake, You will be waking and opening your eyes into the highest timeline now ready for you. You will be opening your eyes with the highest version of you now. So if you wish to wake up, Then listen to my voice, Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes and give thanks to the mother father of the cosmos, Your guardian angel and your inner child.
