This meditation is going to help you find the inner confidence and self-love that is waiting for you.

I desire and intend that all your wishes,

So before we go into the meditation,
I'm just inviting you now to breathe in and out of your heart centre.
Know that you are the centre of your universe.
Remember that if you show the world that you are love,
Then love will be reflected back to you.
Know that you are worth your weight in gold.
Know that you are worthy of your desires.
So as you now are relaxing into this meditation,
As you are listening to the sound of my voice,
Know that you are going to be going on a journey within the within and beyond the beyond.
You will be blessed with the love and light of the Great Spirit,
The Holy Spirit.
As I whisper the words,

These words bring the Great Spirit to you now.
Breathe in and out the light of the Great Spirit.
Know the word Efatah means to let go.
Know that the Holy Spirit is helping you to let go of all that no longer serves you.
All that is stopping you from realising your dreams.
All that is stopping you from knowing that you are worthy of your desires.
That you are worthy simply because you are you.
The Holy Spirit now,
The Great Spirit,
Which is non-denominational unless you choose to give it a denomination.
You allow this Great Spirit to work with you in a way that works for you,
For you are deserving.
Sensee,
Feel or know this light of the Spirit now coming into your heart centre.
Sensee,
Feel or know this light as it warms you from within the within and expands you beyond the beyond.
Allow yourself to go into your heart centre.
Here you will see a beautiful golden sun.
You are now at the centre of your universe.
In this space affirm that you are lovable and you are loved.

Know this light expanding and growing.
Feel yourself getting warm,
Feel yourself shining with confidence.
Confidence comes from doing.
Confidence comes from knowing that you are deserving.
