This meditation will help you open and awaken your chakras. It will tell you a little about what each chakra means and how you can balance them in daily life. When we balance our chakras, harmony can be restored in mind, body and nervous system. You'll notice that different chakras feel more open / closed each time you do the meditation so it can be a lovely one to come back to.
