Get comfortable and let your hands lay on your knees or by your side with your palms facing upwards.

This opens up your chest,

Your heart and gets you ready to receive.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Then again,

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

First of all,

I want you to feel into your body.

Feel it touching the chair or the bed or the ground.

Connect with your body.

I want you to now think about your body.

Think about how much it does for you every day.

Think about how much unconditional love and strength it gives you every day.

Think about how your body gets you where you need to be.

How it heals you when you're hurt or wounded.

Think about your heart and how it keeps beating every single day for you.

Now,

Give your body love,

Feel gratitude for all that it does for you without you even having to ask or think about it.

Feel gratitude right now.

Thank you body.

Thank you for all that you do for me.

Thank you my beautiful,

Strong,

Resilient body.

Now,

I want you to focus on you.

Picture standing in front of you,

Your younger self.

See her.

What would you tell her?

Would you tell her that she needs to grow up and be skinny and spend her life working unfulfilling jobs,

Being in unhealthy relationships and friendships?

No.

Would you tell her to be scared and fearful for her future?

No.

You would tell her that she is amazing and can do anything she wants in life.

You would tell her that she's beautiful.

You would tell her that she's strong and powerful.

You would want her to grow up loving herself.

Give her love now.

Feel how it feels to see your younger self standing in front of you.

A young girl with her whole world ahead of her.

Now,

As if you were watching a movie,

I want you to see present day you standing next to her.

Your younger self and present day you side by side.

See them both and feel love for them in this moment.

Now,

I want you to picture your younger self stepping into the body of present day you.

The two versions of you becoming one.

Younger you is becoming present day you.

You are that little girl.

She is still inside of you.

You are the same girl.

You deserve just as much love as you would give to your younger self.

This is your truest form.

You are special.

You are unique and you are powerful.

Think about all the belief and love that you would give to your younger self.

Give that to yourself every single day.

You are the same incredible person and you deserve all that love.

Now I want you to picture a pink light all around your body.

Feel love surrounding you,

Nothing but love.

Enjoy that feeling.

Love is available to you at all times and you can give yourself love at all times.

Take a deep breath in and out and you can slowly open your eyes.
