Either seated or lying down.

Let your hands rest gently on your lap or by your sides.

Close your eyes,

Slow breath in and exhale fully.

Exhale through the mouth,

Letting go of anything that's not needed right now.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving,

Here,

Now,

In your body.

This is your time,

To realign,

Restore and remember who you are.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

Imagine a deep red light glowing here,

Warm and steady,

Like the glow of embers.

This is your root,

Your foundation.

Breathe into this space,

Feel the weight of your body,

The support of the earth beneath you.

Affirm,

I am grounded,

I am safe,

I belong.

Notice how your body responds when you repeat these words,

Let them anchor you.

Shift your attention to your lower belly,

Imagine a warm orange light,

Like the glow of the setting sun,

Swirling in this space.

This is the centre of your creativity,

Your emotions,

Your joy.

Affirm,

I honour my feelings,

I allow myself to feel,

I welcome joy.

Take a moment to check in,

How have you been speaking to your emotions lately?

Have you allowed space for joy,

For play,

For rest?

Breathe gently into this space,

Bring your focus to your solar plexus,

Your core,

Visualize a golden yellow light radiating from this space,

Like the sun shining from within you.

This is your centre of willpower and confidence.

Affirm,

I am strong,

I trust myself,

I take action aligned with who I am.

Visualize a soft green light here,

Visualize a violet or white light pouring down from above,
