Welcome to your expansion practice today So in today's practice,
We are going to focus on the feelings of expansion somatically using the body So getting yourself in a comfortable position for today's practice making sure you are relaxed and comfortable and taking some deep breaths breaths just to bring your awareness into the body from the external to the internal just letting anything go that has happened up to this moment.
And letting anything that will happen after this moment go,
Just dropping it all away,
Coming fully into the present moment.
And before we start the practice itself,
I want to just bring this expansion energy.
To life for you because it is our natural state to expand.
We are light beings.
We are a channel,
A conduit for the light and the universe is always expanding and as that light being,
As that channel,
We are here to expand,
This is our natural state.
But the reason that this doesn't happen is because the 3D is dense and the body and the actually can sometimes fear expansion.
And throughout our lives we might have picked up programs,
Beliefs,
Conditioning.
It might have been safer to stay small,
To keep hidden,
To not be visible.
So we create these safety mechanisms,
We create these beliefs to serve us to keep us safe and remember the brain right we are also working with caveman brains which have that threat response in them to look for danger and then create that fight or flight mode accordingly okay so if you fear any type of expansion and the fight or flight mode is triggered what's actually happening in the brain on a neuroscience level is the brain is actually closing down.
So the brain isn't actually giving us the resources that we need for expansion.
The brain is actually giving us the resources to fight the tiger because it doesn't know the difference.
Okay.
So today's practice is going to be coming deeper into that space of expansion so that we feel safe in the brain,
In the body,
And we can lean into and test and gently this expansion energy in the body and remember your expansion energy is also your yes feeling in the body,
It is one of the same.
So just calming deeper into your awareness of the body now,
Taking some nice deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth.
And as you do this,
As you bring that deeper awareness into the body,
Notice how the body is feeling today.
Are there any areas of lightness,
Heaviness,
Temperature,
Tension,
Freeness?
Just noticing it all right now.
And then I would like you to bring your attention to the feeling of that yes in your body.
And you might even want to say it like out loud or in your mind's eye,
Yes.
Yes and feel where you feel that feeling in your body that feeling of yes feeling of expansion and bringing in those feelings by just setting that intention to bring in those feelings now of your highest timeline your vision what you know is possible for you as a sensitive leader just tuning into tuning deeper into that knowing what is possible for you that yes feeling that possibility that expansion and notice where you feel that in your body and I want you to notice if there is a shape or a color associated with this feeling.
And there is no judgment here.
This could be anything.
It could be a triangle,
A square.
It could be shaped like a tree.
It could be anything.
There is no right or wrong.
But notice what is the feeling?
What is the color?
What is the shape?
I want you to tune into this somatically.
See if you can go even deeper.
Is there a texture?
Is there a sound?
Is there a smell?
Is there a taste even?
And as we continue to move with that yes,
Yes feeling in the body.
I would like to now invite you to expand That somatic expansion,
That shape,
That color,
Expand that throughout your whole entire body and out into your aura,
Just expanding,
Expanding,
Expanding.
And as this color gets brighter,
The shape gets bigger,
The feelings get stronger,
The senses get stronger with this feeling.
And you see yourself in your vision on your highest timeline doing what you're here to do,
That yes,
Feeling in your body,
Following that yet.
As you see this gets even stronger and then you might start to notice areas of the body where,
Or the aura,
Where this expansion feeling,
Shape,
Colour,
It doesn't want to go.
Okay there might be areas of the body reacting to this,
There might be thoughts coming into your mind,
There might be beliefs popping up.
And I'd like to invite you,
We're just going to briefly look at the opposite of this.
So if there is no opposite and you're completely full of the shape and the colour,
Then that's fantastic.
If there is anything,
Anywhere it won't go,
Let's just focus on that and see what is the shape and the colour and the feeling of that,
Okay?
The spaces that it won't fill,
Perhaps it's a void space,
Perhaps it's a dark space,
Perhaps it's a shadow.
And just feeling those feelings,
The feelings that aren't expansion,
For you.
And we can ask,
And we don't always have to,
We don't always get the answer immediately.
You might get some insight come through.
We can ask these spaces,
The spaces that are not of expansion.
We can ask those spaces,
How are you keeping me safe?
How are you trying to keep me safe and small?
What is your purpose?
And then asking for permission.
And if you don't get permission,
That's okay for today.
Like simply shining a light and bringing awareness to these spaces is very powerful as it is.
But we can ask if we have permission to remove,
Move or shrink these areas that are blocking the expansion.
So just do that now.
And only proceeding if you get a clear yes,
If you understand why they're there,
How they're keeping you safe.
And you can even pause this recording to have a deeper conversation with these parts if you need to understand what they truly need from you to feel safe so that you can spread this expansion energy throughout your body.
So doing that now if you need to and coming back and then in your own way in a way that feels right and authentic to you i'm going to invite you if you've got your yes to now transform these areas You can fill them with your expansion energy shape color feeling that yes feeling.
Spreading it into this area.
You can shrink these other areas down,
You can remove them out of your body,
You can hold them,
Grab them,
Pull them out of your body,
Pull them down and out of your arm and out of your hand.
Pull them out of the top of your head,
Allow Source to come in and blast them out.
Allow Mother Earth energy to come up,
Maybe both.
Just doing what feels intuitively right for you right now.
And then noticing this expansion energy coming back to your shape,
Holler.
Of that expansion energy allowing it to fill your entire body and aura and now that we've shifted now that we've somatically transformed Allow it to get brighter and brighter.
Allow your field to get wider and wider and I want to expand your energy out now.
I want to invite you to expand it out into your aura,
Out into the room you are in.
Out and out and out to your whole town,
Country,
Continent.
Out across the whole world,
Round the world and through the world and out and out and out.
Past the moon,
The sun,
The stars,
The planets,
Out and out and out.
All the way to the farthermost corners of the universe.
Blast out your beautiful expansion energy.
As far as it will go.
And just hold that space,
Just float in that sea of expansion.
Allowing any guidance to come through in this space.
Knowing that it's done.
Knowing that it's shifted.
Knowing that you have somatically released and shifted today.
Taking a couple of deep breaths to anchor that in bringing that energy in and you can just set the intention to send any excess energy down out of your fingertips the bottom of your feet and into the earth because we don't want to walk around with any excess energy so just sending that down and just carrying what you need today you can place any of this expansion feeling just back into your body and when you're ready just allowing that all to integrate Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Having a stretch,
Having a shake as you move into an expanded version of you today.
So coming back,
Opening your eyes,
Bringing your attention back into the room when you are ready.
