Night prayer before sleeping for a well-deserved reset.
Oh,
I am so grateful for the ability to take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Grateful for this amazing body temple that constantly works only for me during the day and the night when I am conscious or unconscious.
So grateful for the sun,
The clouds,
The stars,
The moon,
For all nature,
For the ground itself that held me the whole time today.
So grateful for all the small things that happened today,
From the very first moment when I opened my eyes to the last conscious breath I will take.
Grateful for all the interactions I had,
For all the people that are in my life right now and all the ones who continue their own path.
I am so grateful for all the smiles that mirrored my own smile.
I am especially grateful for all the insights that I had today,
For the capacity to observe myself,
For all the ups and downs,
All the emotions I experienced today.
I don't leave anything outside of this field of gratitude,
For they bring awareness to my path of growth.
Grateful for all the beings that are guiding me and protecting me.
Grateful for all the prayers that lift me every day,
Even if I am not conscious about it.
I am so grateful for this beautiful day that I had the opportunity to live.
For the presence of my soul in this universe.
I am so grateful to have said yes to this day.
I am so grateful to have chosen to be alive today.
And in this gratefulness I recognize that there was a constant streaming of love,
Abundance,
Expansion in every instant of my day,
Even when I was not always aware of it.
That this spirit,
God,
Source,
Universe,
Oneness,
However we want to call it,
Is permanently activated.
I can also tap into the knowing that this spirit,
God,
Source,
Universe,
Oneness is all-powerful,
That there is no seeming concern or circumstance from this day that is bigger than it.
Nothing can rise above the purest love.
Nothing and no one can go beyond the absolute power.
I can trust that spirit,
God,
Source,
Universe,
Oneness is infinite wisdom,
That there is a greater truth with capital T that knows what is best for my highest good,
That it is safe for me to rest in calmness tonight,
Independently of any situation that caught my attention today.
And I can rely on the fact that spirit,
God,
Source,
Universe,
Oneness is everywhere,
Its infinite nature is limitless,
It is all around me.
In the presence of all living beings and non-living things,
I can easily recognize it in my day.
I am able to see it in all the lessons I took from today.
So I can now realize that,
If I am affirming this truth,
And nothing and no one can be outside of this truth,
Then I must be part of it too.
Just as this body temple is part of my soul,
My soul is part of this infinite Source.
And if that is true,
Then I must also share all of its qualities.
I can now see it so clearly.
I can feel it in every breath I take,
In my bones,
In my blood,
In my beating heart.
Just like the waves cannot be separated from the sea,
I am an emanation of this Source.
I share its composition,
I am one with the Oneness.
One power,
One love.
Therefore,
I can now recognize and honor my true nature.
There is just one energy field that makes everything,
Including me.
As I realize all of this,
I am choosing to lift the veil of illusion.
Any shadow that I could have experienced today is now illuminated by the light of this truth.
In this field of amplifying love,
I can claim calmness into the busy mind.
I can call forth compassion to let go of any judgment of any events from today.
I can invite clarity for my next moves and decisions.
I can see my highest version as an inspiration to operate from that state in my next day.
I can float in the feeling of abundance,
Peace,
Joy,
Bliss,
Love,
Confidence,
Safety.
I can choose to live the best possibility for me because I can already feel it right now.
Even if there is still resistance,
I can say I am available for it,
I am ready for it.
I can firmly cast away anything that is not in alignment with my highest good.
Any sense of fear,
Doubt,
Anxiety,
Stagnation simply cannot be sustained in this frequency of the Divine.
I allow any worry to be transmuted into peace.
I allow my mind to break free from overwhelming overthinking.
And if this is true for me,
This is true for everyone.
This energy of constant expansion with no beginning,
No end,
Contains me and everything else.
Anyone and anything crossing my mind and heart right now is now blessed with this truth as I can joyfully recognize the same Divine nature in them,
As in me,
As in Spirit,
God,
Source,
Universe.
I am worthy just because I exist,
And I am especially thankful for all the things that did not go as I expected today.
I can confidently claim my freedom,
Releasing the seeming power they had over me.
I choose to let go of everything that keeps my mind awake,
And I forgive anyone and anything that caused me any bitterness today.
I especially forgive myself for any judgment from today's experience,
And I can make energy space for all the new and the better in my life.
In peace I let go,
In peace I receive.
I affirm the value in me,
The strength in me for everything I overcame and did today.
Even if I could just be present with the emotions.
Even if I still feel that I couldn't do enough,
I know I am enough.
So now I can visualize from love the best memory I have from today in my heart,
Taking a deep breath in,
Expanding the sensation of gratitude,
And exhaling,
Feeling safe by releasing all thoughts.
So with deep trust I can release this prayer,
Knowing this to be the universal law of the oneness that works as us,
Knowing that all is in perfect order.
So now I can let my body temple rest with ease tonight,
And I can let my mind be still.
