Before we begin,
Turn your phone off and be sure not to be disturbed by anything.
You may reduce the brightness of your room.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Keep your back straight.
You may cross your legs but the most important thing is to feel comfortable without any stress or blockage in your body.
You may place your hands on top of each other.
Palms turned up under the belly button.
Do as you feel.
You must try not to lie down unless you are meditating to relax deeply or sleep.
We are about to begin.
Remember that your body is capable of incredible things like healing itself.
Everything lies in the power of your mind.
Gaya Meditation,

Close your eyes and relax.
Breathe normally,
Follow the flow of your breath.
Take a deep breath through the nose.
Inflate your belly as much as you can.
Walk for 3 seconds,
1,
2,
3 and breathe out through your mouth.
Empty your stomach completely.
Again,
Take a deep breath through the nose,
Inflate your belly as much as you can.
Walk for 3 seconds,
1,
2,
3 and breathe out through your mouth.
Again,
Take a deep breath through the nose.
Inflate your belly as much as you can,
Block 3 seconds,
And breathe out through your mouth and let it out normally.
Your belly deflates smoothly.
Breathe normally.
Follow the flow of your breath.
Visualise yourself in a dark room.
A door is in front of you.
You open it and see a staircase.
You are serene.
You decide to go down the stairs.
There is enough light to see your feet.
You go down the stairs.
There are 10 steps in front of you.
The deeper you go,
The more you relax and let go of everything.

You smell the smells around you.

You are at the bottom of the stairs.
You see a corridor ahead of you and perceive a warm,
Shining light at the end of it.
You are excited and joyful.
You follow the light and walk with confidence and stop before an intriguing door.
An intense light comes out of the door frame.
You want to open that door and discover the wonderful place behind it.
The light intensifies around the door frame and begins to illuminate more and more the corridor where you are standing.
Now drop all the heaviness of your body before crossing to the other side.
You are now ready.
Open the door.
Cross to the other side.
You step in a natural and beautiful place.
Lie on the floor and let all of your weight fall down.
Place your palms all around you on the grass and feel the smells emanating from this enchanting place.
You contemplate the blue sky.
The sun is shining.
You feel the heat on your skin.
You hear birds singing and the sound of water that soothes you.
You are in a place of absolute peace.
You are alone.
Just relax.
Breathe normally and say in your mind,
I am free.
Do it slowly and repeat several times.
Feel the deep meaning of these words.
The feeling of freedom resonates within you.
You feel light.
You are in the present moment.
Breathe normally.
Focus on your breathing.
Breathe in and visualize the air entering through your nose going down your throat to your lungs which inflate.
The air comes out of your lungs that deflate and goes up through your throat and out of your mouth.
Focus on your head.
Embrace every area,
The top of your skull,
Your forehead,
The left side,
The right side,
The back,
The right side.
Focus the area around your eyebrows,
Eyes,
Temples,
Cheeks,
And forehead.
Your nose,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
And forehead.
Your lip,
Tongue.
Loosen your jaw.
Scan the area around your neck,
In the front,
To the left,
At the nape of the neck,
And to the right.
All your muscles are relaxing.
Let go of everything.
Now relax your left shoulder,
Then your right shoulder.
Relax your left arm all around.
Then your elbow.
And your forearm.
Now the left hand.
The top.
The palm.
Open each finger to the tips of your fingers.
Now release your right arm all around.
Then your elbow and forearm.
Now release your right hand.
The top.
The palm.
And then each finger to the tips.
Now from your neck.
You relax everything down to your chest.
The left side.
The upper back.
And the upper right side.
Relax your plexus area.
This left side.
The middle of your back.
And to the right side.
Go down to the belly.
Everything relaxes.
You let go of everything.
The left side.
The lower back.
And the right side.
Focus on your pelvis.
Release everything,
Front and back.
Now focus your attention on your left leg.
Scan the whole contour of the thigh.
Freen each part of it.
Everything is relaxed.
Your left knee relaxes.
Your left calf and all around.
Your ankle.
Then your foot.
The top of the foot.
The sole.
And each toe.
From the pelvis you go down to the right leg.
Everything relaxes.
The whole contour of your thigh.
Right knee.
Right calf.
Your ankle.
Then your foot.
The top of the foot.
The sole.
And each toe.
Now go back to your head.
Release your attention inside your body.
You are inside your head.
Release each area that you are paying attention to.
The brain.
The muscles of the face.
Those of the neck.
The chest.
Arms.
Left and right.
Hands.
Fingers.
Back.
Belly.
Legs.
Left and right.
Feet.
Toes.
Then release all tendons at each joint.
Elbows.
Wrists.
Ankles.
Move your focus to each organ of your body.
Heart.
Lungs.
Stomach.
Liver.
Pancreas.
Kidneys.
Intestines.
Bladder.
Genitals.
The muscles of your arms.
Hands.
Legs.
And feet.
You see your nervous system from the inside.
You release everything.
You see your venous and arterial systems.
Your heartbeat and your blood pressure lower.
You now see your whole skeleton.
In its entirety.
With all the tissues.
Muscles.
Tendons.
Veins.
Arteries and everything.
A warm source of healing energy flows to the top of your head.
On a vertical axis.
All along your body.
This light energy spreads throughout your whole body.
To the cellular level.
The light moves from the cells of your head to the cells of your neck.
Arms.
Hands.
Admin.
Pelvis.
Left and right legs.
To the feet and toes.
This soothing and healing energy illuminates your being from within.
The light spreads out through the pores of your skin.
You radiate.
You are light.
In the center of your chest,
At the heart level.
The source of light energy grows like a ball.
This luminous ball moves vertically up to your neck and head.
It pierces the top of your head in its center and falls back like a fountain shape.
Spreading all around your body.
The luminous ball goes back into your body from the bottom of your spine.
The root chakra and goes up vertically into your abdomen until it pierces the top of your head again.
This form of dynamic energy is called the Taurus.
This pattern can be found everywhere in the universe.
In atoms.
Cells.
Flowers.
Animals.
Humans.
Planets.
The light moves following a wonderful Taurus shape.
It flows continuously and harmoniously.
Everything is fluid inside you.
You eventually become this luminous energy.
You are a pure energy flowing and following a harmonious and universal pattern.
At the heart level,
The center of your body,
The energy ball is growing bigger and bigger.
You are this growing light.
You are this growing light.
You continue to grow and spread all around.
You,
As a light energy,
Spread further away.
In every living thing.
To the ones you love.
To the ones you love.
It is spreading all around your area.
Your state.
You are spreading all over your country.
To the forests.
The lakes.
The rivers.
Then the neighboring countries.
Your continent.
The other continents.
The deserts.
All the green places in the world.
All the oceans of the planet.
In the whole planet.
Everything shines.
Everything is bright and peaceful.
You are now in space.
You see our planet,
Gaia,
Wrapped up in a luminous and pure energy.
Gaia breathes.
She is in peace.
In harmony.
With light and love.
One soul.
Your light energy continues to grow all around Gaia.
