Welcome to this guided meditation. Find a comfortable position. You may sit in a chair with your feet on the floor or closer to the ground on a cushion perhaps with your legs crossed or you may lie down on your back, Arms by the side, Legs slightly open, Letting the feet drop to the side. Close your eyes, Just let the eyelids drop and take a breath through your nose. Long and slow into your belly and let it out effortlessly. Breathe in and exhale. Just let your belly collapse naturally. Take a breath and let it out. Here you may pause for a few seconds enjoying the stillness. And when you're ready, Breathe in again. As you inhale, Feel your whole body filling up with air, All the way to the feet, To the tip of the fingers. Breathe. Now let go of the breath and just enjoy the presence. If your mind wanders, That's okay. Just let the thoughts come in without resistance. You might see them appearing in front of you, Coming closer and closer. Just imagine that you push them to the side, One by one, Gently, Effortlessly. Now imagine a forest around you. Notice how quiet it is. There is no traffic, No crowd. It appears silent. And from that silence, Songs of birds emerge, Gentle breaths shaking the leaves around you as you're walking up a slope. The sun softly paces through the canopy and you're very light on your feet. When you get to the top, You find an opening there. You sit down, Gazing towards the valley, Flourishing in different shades of green. A winded stream finding its way down, Surrounded by wildflowers. Birds carelessly playing in the air. Just surrender to the scene. Surrender to the presence. Gently turn your face to the sun, Let the breeze and the comforting warmth caress you. Feel your body melting into the surroundings. This is life. I am life. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. Here and now, You may just enjoy this blissful state without any conscious effort, Or you may even be able to enjoy the moment of your life. Imagine your goals and desires. See them manifest.
