1 Hr Stress Release 174 Hz Pure Note

Welcome. In this 60-minute gently played healing music track, you can hear my guitar insisting on the Solfeggio frequency of 174 Hz. This frequency is considered helpful when dealing with pain and/or stress. I achieved a sustained, pure 174 Hz tone through the use of an e-bow. I also added some gentle keyboards and a water flow sound.
