For this static breath up,
Get in a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down on your back.
The breath up consists out of 2 minutes of belly breathing and 3 minutes of belly and chest breathing.
For the inhale,
Form your lips to an O shape to restrict the airflow.
For the exhale,
Put the tongue behind the teeth and make a hissing sound or an S sound.
Once again,
To help you to restrict and control the airflow.
The inhale and the exhale will take 5 seconds,
Both for the belly breathing and for the 2 section breathing.
Make sure to widen the restriction for the 2 section breathing to allow yourself to really fill up your lungs.
I'll be guiding you through the 5 minutes of the breath up,
But you can do as many more cycles as you want before you take your big breath.
