I loved this as well, thank you so much. I have judged my body quite harshly at times, but this has helped me view it with way more love and compassion. A miracle! What are the chances I come across your podcast when I am feeling so disheartened and actually hear my own name Frances, used in this prayer, (which I rarely hear), and also hear my personal guardian Archangel Michael mentioned when I am asking for a miracle to lift me up.?
