I was searching for the Ruthi that does EFT Tapping. Looking for something to ease a bit of morning anxiety. And serendipitously found you. I found comfort from reading the poems on your website. Now listened to your meditation/reflection written during the scary beginning of COVID. Now life is returning to a new normal. Tricky time knowing how to be safe when living more than half a lifetime with a once life-threatening now longtime chronic illness. I will take your words, gentleness and kindness into my day.
