Be seated upright with your feet touching the floor.

And hold for just a second.
Now exhale through the mouth completely,
Releasing any tension in your stomach,
Thighs,
Legs,
Calves,
And feet.
Inhale again through your nose,
Drawing that breath inward to the top of your head,
Holding for just a second,
And releasing the exhale through your mouth.
Continue with this breathing pattern.
With your next inhale,
Envision your seat softening and forming into the shape of a cloud.
The air around you is the perfect temperature it's comfortable and it's fresh.
With your next exhale,
You become lighter.
Any tension or stress that was once in your body has melted away with the wind and is gone.
You are floating,
You are light,
And you are supporting.
You are sitting on.
You aren't far from the ground.
You can see your life right beneath you.
It's within your arms grasp,
But you aren't reaching.
You are simply observing.
And you can see yourself right now,
Seated,
Closed,
Comfortable on your seat.
Notice you.
Now you can see off into the distance,
You,
But five years into the future.
Notice you again now,
Your future self.
Notice how you are moving.
Notice how you are acting.
Notice your facial expressions,
Your clothes,
Your demeanor.
Is the future self calm,
Happy,
Full of energy?
What does this future life look like?
What do your relationships look like?
What kinds of things are you doing?
How is your health?
Are you strong,
Thriving?
And what are the feelings that come through when you see all of this?
What environment are you in?
What career do you have?
What hobbies do you enjoy?
Who are you with?
Pay close attention to the feelings that come with all of this.
Now take a deep inhale and keep visualizing all of it,
Clearly.
Release a powerful exhale through your mouth and see your cloud seat floating down to meet the earth,
Where your future self is.
She approaches you and she smiles.
She takes your hand and she whispers something softly and she's smiling.
She's smiling.
She takes your hand and she whispers something softly into your ear.
What does she whisper?
What does she want you to know about fulfilling your health and life goals?
Now see yourself both present and future,
Looking at each other and smiling.
You have an understanding of what needs to be done to step into the person you are meant to be,
To have the kind of health you deserve to have.
Hold on to what she told you.
Your future self starts to fade back into the distance and you are here.
You are in the present state.
You are in the present state.
Take a deep inhale and remember what your future self told you.
Exhale fully.
Continue to breathe and you may open your eyes when you're ready.
