Hello and welcome.
This meditation will offer you the space to connect with your personal energy and to set an intention for your day or your week or even your month to come.
Come to a comfortable position,
Settle in and let's begin the meditation with one deep breath.
Inhale slowly.
And let all the air go.
One more time.
Inhale.
And release there.
Now let your breath run freely.
And scan your body with your mind's eye.
Observe if you are holding any tensions.
And simply release them.
Relax the area around your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your neck and your shoulders.
And send a crown of your head up to the sky creating space in your upper body.
Now bring your attention to the area of your heart.
And follow your breath.
Observe how your chest expands when you inhale.
And how it contracts when you exhale.
Keep following the breath and the movements in your chest without trying to modify the movements or your breath.
We are going to stay here for a couple of moments.
And if you get distracted by thoughts,
Simply observe them and without judgement come back and place your attention and your awareness on your heart area.
And come.
Now visualize your heart.
Take time to observe your heart with your mind's eye.
Observe the space your heart takes in your body.
Feel how it moves.
And simply connect with your heart.
You will notice that there is a bright light at the center of your heart.
And with every inhale you take this light starts to expand.
You can feel how this light starts to illuminate your chest and your body from within.
This is your personal energy.
Allow yourself to create a connection with your own energy.
Observe it and feel it.
Notice how it feels.
What is the color of your energy today?
What is the temperature?
This texture.
Really get familiar with your energy.
And as you keep breathing you can feel how this light from the center of your heart keeps expanding to all your body.
It's illuminating your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your neck.
It's touching all your back.
Going to your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your chin and calf.
Your feet and toes.
With every breath it keeps expanding now towards your arms,
Your elbows,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
And it keeps expanding towards your head.
And it's now illuminating all your body.
You keep breathing and this light,
Your personal energy starts to expand outside of your body.
Just to create a sphere of light.
It is your own personal energy that is now covering you,
Protecting you and creating a safe space for you.
Let's stay here for a couple of moments.
Allow yourself to feel and enjoy your own energy.
Now bring an intention to your mind.
It could be anything that you want to connect with.
Maybe something you want to manifest for today.
It could be an energy for your week.
Or perhaps it's something that you are working towards in the long term.
Visualize and feel your intention.
And then plant it at the center of your heart.
And as soon as you leave your intention there,
You can feel how your intention and your personal energy start to work and co-create together.
You can let your intention go.
You are sure now that your energy and the energy of the universe will take care of your intention.
Stay here and keep your attention in your energy.
Observe and feel if your energy changed now that you set your intention in there.
You can stay here for as long as you need today.
And when you finish,
Simply take a deep breath and close your meditation with gratitude.
