Welcome to the expand in meditation.
This meditation is dedicated to your future self from a whole new perspective.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,
Spine straight,
Shoulders relaxed,
Chin tucked in to align your spine.
If you choose to lie down,
That is okay too.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out your mouth with the intention of letting go.
Begin to deepen into your breath in through the nose and deep exhale out the mouth.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
As you continue to deepen into this space and connect with your body,
Feel the tension melt away.
Every muscle is totally relaxed as you begin to allow yourself to receive and be present.
From this space of presence and breath,
Tap into your surroundings to activate all your senses.
Feel into what's around you right now.
Feel the sensations of the air temperature.
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Do you feel light,
Heavy?
Now begin to listen to the sounds you hear around you.
Feel your body supported with the ground beneath you.
Imagine yourself sitting at the edge of the shore on a beach.
You feel the warmth of the sun shining down on you as the rays are glistening on your skin.
The ocean breeze reminds you to soften more and you sink into the warm sand feeling all the stress and tension melt away.
Your breath begins to flow with the waves as they roll in and out.
And as you relax more and more,
A gentle smile comes over your face and you feel very peaceful and at ease.
Take a moment to feel this current reality and recognize that when you calm your inner self and your mind,
The energy of your being has a sense of alignment.
Out of the corner of your eye,
You notice a figure approaching.
You can't quite make out who this figure is,
But you sense the most incredible energy.
It's pure,
Radiant,
Joyful,
Intelligent and so very beautiful.
As you take in this vision of pure light beaming and walking towards you,
You have the sense that you want that same energy for yourself.
You have always wanted that,
But felt there were certain things that have held you back from embodying it.
As the figure comes closer into focus,
You realize that person is you.
It's your higher self,
Your expanded self.
It's the person deep down you strive to be.
Your expanded self arrives in front of you looking soulfully into your eyes,
Takes your hands and smiles.
There is an unspoken word,
Yet you understand the message that is being shared.
As you surrender into the moment,
You feel embraced as if a warm blanket is covering your entire body and you begin to sense that your future self has a gift to share.
You open your heart to receive.
You take in the essence of this version of yourself.
You feel inspired and connected.
You experience what it feels like to be the best version of yourself without any limitations or judgments.
You feel white light surrounding your entire being.
You clearly feel your energy positively shift when you stand in the truth of who you came here to be.
From this higher vibration,
You feel all that you desire come to you.
See these visions as they ignite feelings of joy,
Abundance and radiance.
Stay in this energy as you imagine all the things that the universe will bring you when you are tapping into the energy of your future self.
Give yourself permission to live in alignment with your highest potential because you hold the power in each moment to create your future.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Rubbing your palms together and bringing them to your heart.
