Welcome beautiful soul.
Before we begin,
Take a gentle moment to arrive.
You may have a seated position or be laying down,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
And I'd like you to arrive in your body in this space,
In this time.
And just softly ask yourself,
What have I come here for today?
What am I creating space for within me?
And what am I ready to release,
To soften,
To let go of?
There is no need to force an answer.
And just allow whatever arises to be enough.
And now gently close your eyes if it feels safe to do so.
And begin to draw your awareness inward.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale softly out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
And gently sighing it out.
And let your breath become slow,
Natural,
Easy.
And there is nowhere to rush to.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to fix.
Just being here is enough.
Allow your body to begin to soften.
Relax your forehead,
Your jaw.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Unclench your hands.
Soften your belly.
And feel the gentle support beneath you.
Holding you.
Grounding you.
Keeping you safe.
You are supported.
You are held.
And you are safe to soften here in this space with me.
And bring your awareness down into your body.
Noticing any areas calling for your attention.
And instead of trying to change anything,
Just meet yourself there with kindness.
Breathing into those spaces.
Creating room.
Creating softness.
And imagine now gentle roots beginning to grow from your body.
From your spine.
Your hips.
Your feet.
Extending down into the earth beneath you.
Deep,
Steady anchoring roots.
And with every breath out,
Feel yourself grounding deeper.
Supported by the earth.
Held in something ancient.
Steady.
Wise.
You don't have to carry it all on your own.
It is safe for you to put it down.
And with every inhale,
Draw up a soft,
Nourishing energy from the earth.
And let it rise through those roots.
Into your body.
Filling you.
Supporting you.
And replenishing you.
Breathing in nourishment.
And breathing out anything heavy.
Anything no longer needed.
There is nothing you need to hold out right now.
And now gently bring your awareness to your throat space.
The centre of your expression.
Your truth.
Your voice.
And just noticing without judgement how this space feels today.
And just silently ask yourself,
Is there something within me that wishes to be expressed?
Is there something I've been holding back?
There is no need to answer.
Just allowing the awareness to be there.
And as you rest here,
I will gently begin to play sound.
As the sound moves through the space,
Allow it to wash over you.
Around you.
You don't need to do anything.
Just receive.
Let the vibrations gently move through your throat.
Softening.
Opening.
Clearing in the most gentle and safe way.
And if emotions arise,
That is okay.
If nothing arises,
That is also okay.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Allow the sound to carry anything that feels heavy.
Anything unspoken.
Anything ready to be released.
And softly and gently in your own time.
And when the sound begins to fade,
Return your awareness back to your breath.
Noticing the stillness.
The softness.
And the space you've created within.
And feel your body again supported,
Grounded and safe.
And take a deeper breath in here.
And slowly exhale.
Notice if anything feels even slightly different.
A little softer.
A little lighter.
A little more open.
And just take a moment to acknowledge yourself.
For showing up.
For creating the space.
And for choosing yourself.
And begin now to gently bring awareness back into your physical body.
You may wiggle your fingers or your toes.
Maybe gently rolling your shoulders or your neck.
And feel the surface beneath you.
Hear the sounds around you.
The subtle rhythm of life continuing.
And take one final deep nourishing breath in.
And sighing it out.
And as you slowly begin to open your eyes,
Carry this sense of calm and softness within you.
Trusting that you received exactly what you needed today.
Even if it feels subtle.
Even if it feels unseen.
And allow this to gently integrate through your body.
Through your heart.
And through your day.
And all the days to come.
And be gentle with yourself.
