Esther is a recovery and wellbeing coach, embodiment and meditation teacher, and nature connection guide based in Wales. With over a decade of personal sobriety after 20 years of addiction, she helps women navigate long-term recovery, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves through mindful, body-based practices. Her approach is rooted in embodiment, breath awareness, and nature connection, offering practical tools to cultivate balance, emotional wellbeing, and self-trust. Esther believes in focusing on the benefits of sobriety rather than what is left behind, empowering individuals to create a meaningful and fulfilling life beyond addiction. She has trained in Hatha Yoga, embodied meditation, recovery coaching, and nature-based mindfulness, weaving these disciplines into her work to support deep and lasting transformation. Her meditations focus on grounding, breath awareness, and embodied presence—offering a compassionate space for self-exploration and healing. Beyond her work, Esther finds joy in hiking, live music, running, and adventuring with her son. She is passionate about the power of nature and movement in recovery and wellbeing, guiding others to find strength, connection, and peace through these practices.
