Greetings,
I'm Bea Barzani,
Founder of BeHewed and this is a Sagittarius New Moon Meditation for mindfulness and resolution.
To begin,
Find a comfortable sitting position as you may fall asleep if you lay down.
Make sure that you have a nice,
Relaxed and straight spine,
Shoulders relaxed and away from your ears.
Your palms can either be on top of your feet or on your lap.
Breathe,
Taking a deep breath in and even longer breath out.
Inhaling the present moment,
Exhaling any expectations,
Any worries.
Inhaling a golden bright light,
Exhaling letting it all go.
You can even see a darker light coming out as you let go.
Keep breathing like this as you slowly start allowing yourself to breathe at your own pace.
No judgement,
Not forcing it to be slow,
Not forcing it to be fast,
Just as it is.
As you start to relax,
You start to feel light,
You see yourself as an arrow and just as an arrow on a bow that it's about to be shot,
You start to feel yourself being pulled back on the string.
Very slowly,
As you go back,
You stop first at the last new moon in Scorpio.
And as a movie,
You watch this last month.
How did you feel during that new moon?
What stands out for you?
What did you do during that time?
How much have you changed?
As you watch this last month go by,
You feel yourself being pulled backwards.
You see yourself in the previous new moon,
In Libra.
Again,
You scanned the previous month and in your time,
You keep going backwards from your new moon to your new moon.
Passing through Virgo.
Leo.
Cancer.
Gemini.
Mars.
Aries.
Hold away until you've passed through all those 13 moons.
No rush.
In your own time.
No judging.
Simply allowing yourself to live those moments again.
All the joy.
All the pain.
All the struggle.
Passing through the whole circle until you find yourself back again.
In December 2017 Sagittarius New Moon.
And as you see yourself again,
Setting your intentions for 2018 and creating your resolutions,
You start to fill up your heart with gratitude for all that you have achieved and where you are now.
And as your heart gets full of love,
You feel ready to let yourself go.
You look at the horizon and you shoot your arrow.
And as it travels all the way back,
You start creating your 2019 resolution.
And you gain speed as your intentions and your focus get stronger and you are able to clearly see your target.
Where you wanna get.
And as you get there,
You feel joyful,
Complete,
Whole.
You feel so happy that this feeling expands through every cell of your body.
It travels through your veins and you start feeling yourself back in your body again.
In your own time,
Very slowly and mindfully,
You begin to bring your right hand on top of your chest,
Your left hand on top of your belly and you take a moment to just breathe again.
