Sascha is passionate about supporting people to access and embrace their deeper truth. This includes make space to mourn what is painful and to celebrate whatever contributes to joy. As a certified trainer for Nonviolent Communication, all his offerings are grounded in deep empathy, in the cultivation of clarity, courage, and compassion. Additionally, Sascha holds certifications as a Focusing counsellor and coach, an Embodiment coach, and as a trained teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion. Other approaches he uses in his work with clients include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. His work is deeply grounded in his own personal practice: He has been studying and practicing Vipassana and Zen Buddhism for 15+ years, has spent 3 years combined in Buddhist centres and monasteries, and cares deeply about making the transformative potential of these places and traditions accessible to everybody. The practices and meditations offered here are mainly part of the Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum.
