Jenny Mayo

A full-time self-care champion and wellness educator, Jenny Mayo shares practices she wishes she'd had sooner—tools like meditation, restorative and slow flow yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and joyful dance, which have helped her find a firm, bright foundation again after decades of chronic stress and anxiety. In all her programs, her goals are always to help students care more tenderly for and build better awareness of self, and reconnect with the calm and joy already nestled within us. A lifelong dancer and longtime dance teacher, Jenny's soul has always been drawn to movement, and her yoga practice dates back over 25 years. She's completed 200-hour trainings in both vinyasa yoga and meditation, advanced training in restorative yoga with renowned expert Jillian Pransky, and her Reiki Master Teacher training with Libby Barnett. She's currently pursuing an additional 300-hour yoga certification at the magical Kripalu Center in Western Massachusetts, a place instrumental in both her personal healing and her calling to help others heal as well.

Sigh. Thank you for offering this calming meditation. I found the teacher’s voice and background music very soothing. I appreciated the pacing of the body scan including the invitation to send gratitude to my body. I included being thankful for my 5 senses. Thank you again. I will revisit. 31/12/25 unfortunately listening this time was a bit more challenging. I had trouble making out some of the words by the teacher despite earphones.
