Hello,
How are you?
I was meditating with my spiritual guides a few days ago and was asking them what they recommended to do in order to feel peace while applying the law of attraction to get a desire.
They gave me a tarot card,
Which is the Empress.
It is a card that has abundance in all its presentation.
A spring full of trees,
Flowers and water.
And when reading the symbolism that accompanies it,
I found a brief dialogue.
The narrator asks the Empress,
Why are you so happy?
Don't you know that autumn is gray and winter cold?
Don't you realize that everything that exists and even that which has not yet been born will die one day?
The Empress looked at him smiling,
And under the influence of that smile,
The narrator felt the flower of understanding opening in his heart.
After pondering for a few minutes,
I understood the message that I was given.
If we think about the energy centers or chakras that are in our body,
We have a green flower at the level of the heart,
Which represents precisely the heart chakra.
One way we can raise our vibration and prepare to receive all our wishes is through gratitude.
And if there is a chakra that has a strong relationship with gratitude,
This is it.
I'm sure you heard that in order to receive we have to be grateful,
And we are invited in many ways to be like that.
But feeling genuine gratitude in a consistent way is a great challenge.
We can fall into monotony and make our list of people or things for which we are grateful a paragraph that we can recite with our eyes closed,
And that leads us nowhere.
I remember that I previously had stimulated other energy centers,
Such as the third eye,
By putting my hands next to them,
And I decided to apply the same principle.
For this meditation that I invite you to do,
You can be in your bed or a comfortable seat.
And before starting,
Put one of your hands in front of your face,
As close as you can without touching it.
And feel how the heat comes from your palm,
How that energy flows until you feel almost a caress that relaxes your face.
The next step is to rest either of your hands on your chest,
At the level of the heart and in the center.
Feel that same heat pass from your palm to your sternum,
And put the other hand on top of the first one.
Breathe slowly and close your eyes.
Start remembering all the people you love.
Take your time.
You can speak out loud,
Softly,
Or in your mind,
And remember all the things that make you love each one of them.
Anecdotes you shared,
Joys,
Hugs,
And everything that comes to mind.
To make this exercise different and fresh,
I recommend you to look for different topics to think for,
So you don't always have the same people or things in your meditation.
You can focus on your family on one day,
And the next on your friends,
Health,
Work,
Pets,
Possessions,
Travels,
Etc.
I'm sure that as you practice this meditation frequently,
More thoughts will come that will give you reasons to be grateful.
And if you feel a little more faith than usual,
You can be thankful for what is yet to come.
By feeling this sincere gratitude,
You will be opening the doors to new experiences and people that will enrich your life.
