She worked with individuals and groups for over 8 years at One Medical, an innovative primary care practice focused on long term health and now is the lead health and wellness coach at Galileo. Her focus has been on a skills based approach to stress and anxiety management and believes mediation and guided visualization can assist with decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety. A national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with a master’s degree in counseling ( MA in Educational Counseling), she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to be the healthiest version of themselves. She is trained in MBSR ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from UCSF and is a certified yoga instructor. Her passions include, yoga, meditation, improv and traveling.
