There are no shortcuts to obtaining inner peace.
The universe has set up a heart's one true path for each individual before they're born,
But only you can decide whether or not you want to walk it.
There are many side paths and seemingly easy ways out that will tempt you as you walk down your heart's one true path.
Whenever you begin to question the path you're walking on,
That is a sign to sit in silence with your heart and wait for its guidance.
You can't skip any part of your path.
Instead,
You must learn to embrace it all.
The only way to deal with any substantial problems that arise is to face them head on.
The way you face the bigger problems in your life will vary depending on your unique life circumstances.
Sometimes the way through is to set up a clear boundary,
And other times it may be to walk away from an unhealthy relationship.
There is no right way for everyone,
But there is always a right way for you.
It doesn't matter if other people applaud your actions or disapprove of them.
Nobody else besides you can hear the whispers of your heart.
The world you're living in now is constantly rearranging itself in ways your mind isn't capable of understanding.
It's essential to develop your mind's intellect and rely on it while walking your path.
The way forward is to embrace all aspects of yourself,
While prioritizing the wisdom of your heart above everything else.
Your heart is the gateway to your soul,
And your mind is the most important tool you have in this human incarnation to support you while walking your heart's one true path.
Nobody knows your next step besides you.
Deep within,
You always know what the next right action to take is.
The question is,
Do you have the courage and self-love to take it?
Courage and self-love are two words that point to the same energy.
It's impossible to embody one without the other.
When it comes to following your heart's guidance,
Courage is necessary to overcome fear,
And self-love is needed to overcome doubt.
Having one of these attributes will automatically give you the other because they're inherently the same.
Both are a reflection of your ability to follow your heart by seeing the divine in yourself.
Everything is an inside-out approach,
And it's only by seeing,
Recognizing,
And honoring the divine within that you'll see it reflected outside of you.
The way to transcend suffering is to let go of the need to transcend it.
It's only by embracing who you are that the most painful form of suffering,
Which is to go against your heart,
Will evaporate on its own.
It's safe to be your truest self in the world,
And your unique medicine is needed by the people you meet.
Every single time you interact with someone,
Your remembrance sparks a remembrance in them,
And you plant a seed that may then lead to another soul's awakening.
We're all helping each other remember our true selves,
But the only way you can do this is by living from your heart.
The illusion of this world may tempt you to believe the answers lie outside of yourself,
When the truth is the key you've been seeking your whole life has always lived within.
