When you find peace in the present,
You know there is always a safe home within yourself that you can return to.
Look for the point of stillness within your heart where all is well.
The amount of energy moving in your mind and the world is likely making you feel overwhelmed at times.
Rather than try to fight the feeling of being temporarily overwhelmed,
Let the energy pass through you like a cloud while you continually return to your inner center.
When you find the place within you that is always at peace,
The fleeting discomfort of any passing experience doesn't have the power to pull you off your center.
Love all the parts of yourself that feel many different emotions,
While remembering which parts of you are eternal and temporary.
You don't have to change any part of yourself to experience peace,
And instead you only have to remember who you truly are.
The false parts of yourself that have been unconsciously inherited through experience will fade away on their own when you set the intention to focus on the eternal part of you that is at peace.
Without denying any unwanted feelings,
You can allow every part of yourself to freely express itself until it has shared its messages with you and left your body naturally.
