My topic is the connection between the heart and the brain. It's called heart-brain coherence. Not everybody knows that your brain sends, Or your heart I should say, Sends more information to your brain than your brain sends to your heart. And we forget that. We allow our brains to run our lives but it's not really meant to do that. It cannot handle the incredible totality of your life, In guiding your life. What has the capacity to do that is that big, Beautiful, Gorgeous heart of yours. And when we connect our heart and our brain together so that they work together, They come into proper alignment for the best way to support you, Your soul's journey, And you in moving forward in your life. And so that's my broken record. It's to help your heart move into alignment, The appropriate supportive alignment with your brain, And to assist you in moving forward in whatever beautiful way your next steps and feet take you. And as a sound healer, Of course, I love to use a lot of different sound tools on these meditations. And one of the things that I love to share is that sound is food for your nervous system. Sound affects every particle of your being and your biofield. It affects everything. And there are more and more sciences coming out almost every day showing how it does that. And I think in our hearts, We've always kind of known, We've always had a relationship with music. And there's a good reason for that, Because it supports you so perfectly. And sound expands that repertoire of support. So I have my old Tibetan bowl that we will begin with. I also have some tuning forks here. These tuning forks are the sulfeggio frequencies that have been calling so strongly in my work lately. I have a beautiful crystal bowl, Which is all about the heart. And this bowl I love because it has platinum on the outside and gold leaf on the inside. So what it represents is perfect harmony between the feminine you and the masculine you in your heart. So it brings that harmony. Then we connect that with that beautiful brain of yours, Which can support your heart in moving forward. And you'll hear some delightful chimes at the end of the meditation, So that you'll know it's time to wiggle around a little bit and come on back into your your regular day. So let us begin first with the old Tibetan bowl. And I'm going to tap it three times. And usually I sing OM here. But this time the bowl is calling just to be sound. So I will stop saying anything now. And you will just hear the sound. So please enjoy. Oh, Actually I will be. . . No. Okay. I'm just flowing with this meditation. Usually we do some breathing in and out of the heart. But there's sound called for today. Okay. Alrighty. So let's just become centered. Notice your breathing. Breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out. And you'll hear my voice return at the end of the meditation. So allowing these final bits of sound to bathe your being in light and coherence. Take a deep breath. Letting it out with a sigh. Take another deep breath and begin to move around a little bit. Wiggle your toes. Wiggle your fingers. Coming back into the space. Okay. Welcome back. That. . . I don't even know how to describe. That was so beautiful. Thank you, Diane. I just allow the sound tools to guide me as I tune in to those who may be listening and those who are present. Those who might be listening in the future and what would serve. And lots of interesting self-agile combinations. And really I love how the sound tools really help support our journeys in such profound ways. I can feel it. My thing is, Is I'm so energy sensitive. So I feel everywhere in my body, As you were doing that, I was feeling the energy move and shift and go to certain areas. I could feel certain, You know, Sensations in different parts of my body. And that heart, All of a sudden you get that one spot. And I was like, Whoa, Gosh, It was all here. And then it was up here. And then there was a place back here. And I was like, My gosh, There was so much going on. That's what a gift. That's very beautiful. So thank you enough. Thank you for sharing that, Diane. I too am energy sensitive and feel the sounds all over my body. And these, These ones, I played the soul star and the earth star representations of sound with this set at the beginning, Just to, To activate those beautiful centers, Our connection with the earth, That keeps us grounded in our connection with the divine, And then worked within that blanket, So that the sound will go where it needs to go with each person.
