Om Ra Ma Oom

Om is a very simple sound with a complex meaning. It is the whole universe coalesced into a single word, representing the union of mind, body, and spirit. Ra means the sun and connecting with that frequency gives you energy. Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity. Oom calms your psyche.
