Find a comfortable position,

Allow your body to settle into the space.

Close your eyes and gently start to deepen your inhale.

Feel your belly rise and fall.

With every inhale,

Allow your breath to grow a little deeper,

And with every exhale,

Let go a little more.

Exhale with a soft sigh,

As if you're releasing everything you no longer need.

You are exactly where you're meant to be,

There's nothing to fix,

Nowhere to go,

Nothing you need to do.

Just be here,

Now.

Slowly deepen your breath,

Inhale and exhale.

Deeper and deeper,

Allow your body to guide you and trust that it knows the way.

You have everything you need within.

You have everything you need within.

Let your breath become the bridge between this reality and all of your dreams and desires.

Each inhale draws you closer to your truth,

Each exhale releases what keeps you small.

Allow your breath to guide you,

To show you clarity,

To reveal what's ready to unfold.

Breathe deeply,

Exhale entirely.

Your breath is your anchor,

Your breath is your anchor,

Your breath is your anchor.

Each breath brings you back to yourself,

To your body,

To this sacred moment.

With every breath,

Feel the presence of something greater moving through you,

The same life force that moves the oceans,

That opens the flowers,

Is the same force that moves through you now.

Allow yourself to rest in that knowing,

You are held,

You are guided,

You are home.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it gently and exhale fully through the mouth.

One more deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it gently and exhale fully through the mouth.

And when you are ready,

Begin to return slowly to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feel the ground beneath you.

And when it feels right,

Gently open your eyes.

Take one final breath in gratitude for your body,

For your breath,

For this moment.

Thank you for being here.
