And I'll be guiding you through some breath practices today to tune yourself to abundance.
This practice will include activating breath patterns,
Breath of fire,
Conscious connected breath,
And there'll be some breath holds,
And I'll guide you every step of the way,
And taking a moment to settle in,
Either sitting upright or lying down comfortably,
Finding support,
Finding comfort,
And relaxation.
Allow your eyes to soften or gently close,
And bring your palms to face up,
A gesture of openness to receive,
And begin to take some slow,
Deep breaths,
In through your nose and out through your mouth,
Inviting your body to begin to relax,
Arriving here,
Now.
We'll begin this journey with a powerful intention,
To tune yourself to the frequency of abundance,
And combining breath and this intention,
We shift our energy inside,
Aligning with our truth,
Our worthiness,
That we are abundant,
We are thriving,
And that we're attuned to the infinite energy of the universe,
Letting each inhale create space,
And every exhale softening and releasing,
Beginning to tune,
Tuning ourselves to the frequency of abundance,
And silently repeating to yourself,
I am open to receive,
And now we activate,
Moving into the breath of fire to break through the mind field,
To get beyond ourselves,
To melt and clear any belief systems that are not serving,
We begin this practice of breath of fire,
A rapid,
Rhythmic breath through the nose,
The inhale and exhale are equal,
Short,
And quick,
And pull your belly towards your spine on each exhale,
So it's like this.
Get ready,
Take an inhale in,
And begin.
Keep going,
Stay with it,
Feel this breath burning through any doubt,
Any self-limiting beliefs,
Feel the power in this breath that you're clearing,
That you're reprogramming,
Keep going,
Taking an inhale,
And exhale,
Letting it all out,
Inhale three-quarters of the way,
And retain your breath,
Building energy,
Building prana with this retention,
And slowly exhaling,
Letting it go,
Feeling,
Coming back to your own natural breath for a moment,
We begin the second of three rounds,
Let's go,
Take an inhale,

Let the breath be vibrant and steady,
Releasing,
Drop into this rhythm,
Following the rhythm of this breath,
Inhale three-quarters,
And retain your breath,
Feel your own life force energy moving through you,
Awareness to your heart,
Resetting,
Coming back to your own breath,
Your own rhythm for a moment,
Go to the final round now,
Bringing in your final round,

Where we inhale and exhale through the mouth,
I'll guide you along the way,
Opening your mouth,

And give it a little stretch,
Softening the mouth and softening your jaw,
Take an inhale through your nose,

Continue the pattern inhaling,

And fighting in,
Sensation,
Noticing no pause between the inhale and the exhale,
Just letting it flow,
So that the breath starts to breathe you,

Let it hypnotize you,
Drinking in that inhale fully,
Deep into the belly and lower ribs,
Exhale,
Letting it all go,
Breathing,
Dance,
Drinking in vitality,
And they breathe like you're feeding your soul,
Nourishing your being,
And so all that is,
That's all that's here,
Abundance of connection,
Abundance of generosity,
Filling every cell,
Every cell of your being,
Feeling it,
It's here,
Keep going,
If you found yourself drifted away,
Or you're in your thoughts,
Keep coming back,
Come back to your breath,
Come back to presence in your body,

This conscious,

Bringing you alive,

Dig into that part of you,

That's helping you to grow,
To evolve,
