Welcome to this guided money meditation.
Come to a relaxed place either laying down or sitting up and take a few deep breaths.
This meditation is going to help you relax and feel more abundant and more open to receiving than ever before.
Start to bring all of your focus to your breath.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Allowing the body to fully relax and melt down into the ground beneath you.
And as your body starts to settle.
Bring your focus back to the breath.
Breathing in for four.
And out for four.
In for four.
And out for four.
Breathing deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
And now without opening your eyes picture your room around you.
Visualize the walls.
Any photos or pictures or decorations.
Visualize all of the furniture.
Visualize yourself sitting on your bed or your couch or your floor wherever you are.
So that without opening your eyes you have a clear image of yourself and your surroundings.
And just take a moment and take everything in.
Notice the colors.
Notice any sounds.
Become so aware of this room painting a picture in your mind's eye.
And now bring your focus back to your body.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And start to visualize a bright white light at the crown of your head.
Allow this light to wash over your face and down the back of your head.
Down your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
All of your fingers.
Allow it to wash across your chest and your back.
Down the rib cage and the belly.
The bum and the hips.
Down both of your legs and your feet and all of your toes.
Until you are covered from head to toe in this bright white healing light.
This beautiful white light.
Allow this light to feel expansive and abundant and magnetic.
And now bring to mind a place in nature.
A place in nature where you feel most yourself.
Maybe a beach or a forest.
Maybe by a lake or up in the mountains.
Maybe just at your local park.
Wherever it is,
Make sure it's somewhere you can picture.
Maybe you can even smell or hear things.
It's somewhere that feels warm and comforting.
The sun is shining.
And you can start to visualize anything around you.
The trees,
The plants,
Maybe the ocean or sand.
Listen out for the sound of water and animals and birds.
And get so crystal clear on this image.
When you're in this place,
It's like all of life makes sense.
And everything around you feels good.
Everything around you feels calm and easeful.
And now picture yourself in this space but as your future self.
Your future self who is your most expansive,
Most authentic,
Most magnetic self.
This version of you feels wholly worthy.
This version of you feels open to receiving.
This version of you feels calm,
Feels grounded,
Feels so content with their life.
And I want you to take a moment and feel into this version of you.
Notice how you are dressed.
Notice how you hold yourself.
Notice how you're standing.
What are you wearing?
What does your hair look like?
How does it feel to be this version of you,
This expansive version of you?
Allow yourself to feel all of the emotions that come up.
Allow yourself to feel anything at all that comes up for you right now in this moment.
As you stand in your favorite place in nature as your most authentic,
Magnetic,
Abundant self.
Breathe into this image.
Breathe into this version of you.
And now I want you to repeat these affirmations after me.
Either out loud or in your head.
I am a magnet for money.
I believe in myself.
I am worthy of everything I desire.
Every day in every way I am becoming more myself.
Earning money feels easy.
Receiving wealth feels exciting.
I am attracting every single thing that I crave.
I deserve happiness.
I can earn money and still be a good person.
I love myself.
I believe in myself.
I am worthy.
Just take a moment now and let those affirmations really sink in.
Feel the energy of those words.
And now take a deep breath in.
And a deep sigh out.
