Welcome to this space, To this moment, To right now. Start by calling yourself in. I call all parts of me to be present at this moment, In every level, In every dimension, So that I can show up fully aligned with my true essence. Now start to focus on your breath and feel the energy of all that is breathing into you and through you, And gently release and expanding with all exhalation. Opening to allow these words to fully seed into your current existence and ripple out. Now call in your spirit council, Any pet guides, Nature guides, And other beings willing to assist you in your highest evolution. Acknowledge the eternal presence of Mother, Father God, Elohim, And Archangels. Know you are safe and protected in this space. Remember, Here there is room for all of it, And all of you. Take several deep breaths, Slowly through your nose, And even more slowly out through your mouth. I honor where I am in this moment. I am safe and sovereign. I am broken open and whole. I am fully open to receive. Spirit Council, I request that you run my core frequency through my being, Gently allowing the energy to come to surface, Calling for grace as it changes through all the layers of identities, Old beliefs, And patterns. And once you feel it, Ask your soul to lock it in. I proclaim to the mind and ego that this is our signature energy. I direct the mind and ego to work towards maintaining this frequency as a priority. I request my spirit team to guide me back to this vibration as I stray. I commit to my body to listen and care for it as it expands its capacity to hold this higher frequency. From this space of being seated back into your soul, Proclaim, I am done lone-wolfing it through life. I am open and actively connected to what supports my full expression. I am allowing whatever clouds my core frequency to present for clearing. I know that I have dug out of so many learned identities that I simply lost who I am. I realized that I never needed to figure out who I am. I simply needed to sift and sort through who I am not and shed those layers. I remember who I am. I am God. I am all that is. I am you. And you are me. So why would I ever want to shove all of that back into a box of one little 3D identity? I remember that change doesn't happen in my mind. It comes from embodying my signature frequency as my capacity allows. I am committed to expanding my being to hold for a better quality of life. I am now open and engaging with nothing of the void where all creation happens. Ask the void and your assembled team, What is here for me? What is here for me? What is here for me? Your answers might be solid, But most often it is an energetic imprint, A subtle shift like this clearing so that you can see again. A frequency that will run through you as it integrates into your being. A solid direction will appear when it is needed. Once the energy feels complete, Thank your support team and yourself for the loving presence. Thank you for showing up for yourself today. Remember, This energy is always here for you to return to, And you can stay here for as long as you need. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And so it is.

Some pretty darn powerful affirmations in a compact space. I left feeling changed. Probably helped that the narrator's voice sounded exactly like Delores Cannon.
