With the face slightly upturned,

Allow your focus to rest between the eyebrows.

Or if you wish,

You can lie down and surrender the body to gravity.

I was surprised of the emotions that flowed through me, my whole body felt as if it had been woken up. I had tears flowing freely but not of sadness I very rarely hear these words but do try to use them, it’s a pity we can’t use them more with true feelings but without attachment
