Ellie has been exploring the interface of Buddhism, Hinduism, and other spiritual philosophies that address compassionate wisdom as the antidote to human suffering. Her meditations include high frequencies sound bowl tunes, chanting, mindfulness, and Metta practices. Ellie has a love of self-discovery and is inspired by teachers like Ram Dass, Alan Watts and Sharon Salzberg. She believes in the importance of cultivating a life of compassionate wisdom and kindness. After all, "we're all just walking each other home." Social Anthropology, MSc ~ Certified in Meditation, Sound Bowl Healing, and Hatha Yoga practices.

What I love about this one is how you guide us to locate the feeling of gratitude in a specific area of the body, 2 inches down in the chest. By starting there, I can allow the gratitude to filter right into my heart space in a very physical and embodied way.
