Her meditations include high frequencies sound bowl tunes, chanting, mindfulness, and Metta practices. Ellie has a love of self-discovery and is inspired by teachers like Ram Dass, Alan Watts and Sharon Salzberg. She believes in the importance of cultivating a life of compassionate wisdom and kindness. After all, "we're all just walking each other home." Social Anthropology, MSc ~ Certified in Meditation, Sound Bowl Healing, and Hatha Yoga practices.
