This meditation is great for beginners. It's all about setting intentions for the day through daily affirmations. I Am Peace, I Am Love, I Am Abundance, I Am Joy, I Am Happiness, I Am Gratitude. Living through intention and gratitude sets the tone for a better day and a better life.

I want you to find a quiet place.

If you're at home,

Maybe it's the couch or the floor.

If you're at work,

It's your cubicle or a private room.

You want a peaceful place to just tune out and just be with yourself.

You might even want to take a walk and just enjoy the fresh air and soak in all that nature has to offer.

So what this meditation is all about,

It's about just being at peace and pausing and breathing and setting intentions for yourself for the day,

Throughout the day,

Or at the end of the day.

The affirmations we are going to use is a reminder of who and what you are and who and what you want to become.

It's a reminder that you can manifest all that you desire and live a joyful,

Abundant life.

Now that you found a peaceful place,

We're going to open our palms to receive all that we are setting our intentions for.

First,

We'll take a deep breath in and hold for three seconds and release.

Take another deep breath in and release.

One last deep breath in and release.

Now we're going to repeat our affirmation.

When you speak this affirmation,

Really believe what you are saying.

Be in alignment with what you are affirming and know that you deserve it all.

So use this affirmation to repeat daily when you wake up,

On your way to work,

Throughout the day,

Or when you go to sleep.

So let's take one more deep breath in and we're going to repeat our affirmation three times.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am abundance.

I am joy.

I am happiness.

I am gratitude.

Again,

Believe what you are saying and visualize what peace,

Love,

Abundance,

Joy,

Happiness,

And gratitude looks and feels like to you.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am abundance.

I am joy.

I am happiness.

I am gratitude.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am abundance.

I am joy.

I am happiness.

I am gratitude.

I am peace.

Now just sit here in silence and really feel what you are affirming.

One last breath in,

Hold,

And release out.
