This practice combines self-acupressure on Liver 3, the source point of the liver meridian, with breathwork and visualization to support the smooth flow of qi through the body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, stagnant liver energy manifests as frustration, irritability, feeling stuck, and tension held in the jaw and shoulders. By holding this point and breathing into it, we invite that energy back into movement. This practice is suitable for anyone experiencing stress, emotional stagnation, or physical tension. No prior knowledge of acupressure or Traditional Chinese Medicine is required.
