You have all the answers.
Instead of rushing into the new year and doing more,
Can you start by being and focus on how you want to feel in the new year versus what you need to accomplish or do.
This meditation will guide you back to your heart and lead you toward everything that you need to gain clarity and intention.
You can close your eyes if that feels okay.
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Feel your awareness shift from your overanalyzing,
Overthinking mind and into your heart.
Breathe in,
Let it go.
Within your heart,
You will rediscover clarity.
What is your intention as you step into the new year?
What will you welcome in the new year?
What will you no longer tolerate in the new year?
When you think of the new year,
What word comes to heart?
One word.
How do you want to feel in the new year?
What mantra or affirmation does your heart,
Your mind,
And your soul need to hear?
Observe and listen.
Is there any other wisdom within you that you need to hear as you step into the new year?
Breathe in deeply.
Let it go.
There is so much wisdom within you.
You are ready.
This year will be amazing,
Especially if you continue to be more heart-minded and focus on alignment,
