You You This is a guided journey to the healing temple And the intentions that will hold for this journey Will be that you will experience a deep sense of healing And further alignment with the divine plan for your own life Also that you will experience being absolutely and conditionally loved and held in the arms of the divine We will hold that you will experience a sense of knowing that you are More than enough and that everything in your life is unfolding perfectly All is well And with those intentions in our heart,

Let's go ahead and ever so gently just close our eyes And as we do that Just notice how it becomes easier to release the outside world And to begin the journey inward the journey to our own core To the place of calm and peace within ourselves It's a place of steadiness safety of security of groundedness And our breath can help us get there As you notice your breath Allow it to slow you down And further release all that which is around you Allow your breath to draw you inward And to help you tune further into that sense of deep peace and comfort Just breathe through the lanta Breathe and honor the sacredness of the breath within you And now before we go towards the temple It is good for us It is good for us to first release all that is not in our highest good To release our fears to release our sadness our worries And as we do this We will sense a greater spaciousness that we create within The more we release and let go The more we sense This incredible amount of openness within us So use your breath To gently just release any fears Any worries Any heaviness in your emotions That you sense are weighing you down And as we do this we invite an even deeper connection with our own souls It is through this partnership with our souls that we deepen our own healing And as we do this we invite an even deeper connection with our own souls That we deepen our own healing So now let us begin First let us invoke our allies The Earth Mother The ancestors Those whose shoulders We stand on The Archangels The healing bands of angels And your own guardian angels All those who have supported you along your journey And with our allies close by Let us notice in front of us a pathway that is emerging This pathway has an incredible landscape on both sides It is a beautiful forest A lush forest We already can smell its sense of aliveness It is a vibrant place of life and beauty and peace Smell the flowers and the rich earth And notice the colors,

They are so very vibrant Even the birds and the trees seem to radiate an incredible energy of joy Continue walking And notice how your steps just seem to know exactly the right way And as you lift your gaze from the green area around your feet You see a brilliant light in the forest This light is growing in its brilliance as you walk closer and closer towards it And you realize that this is the healing temple There is a radiant healing energy that you begin to feel That is coming from this space,

It is drawing you in closer And there is a beautiful sense of safety and comfort that is coming from this place You journey on You feel its welcome and its invitation As you look up,

The doors of the temple are already opened They were opened for you and there are angels at the door Welcoming you And as you step in,

You feel even more relaxed and calm As you move in further to the temple In front of you is a beautiful pool of healing water And this pool has been prepared also just for you Notice the flower blossoms that are floating on the water And there is also this cascading waterfall that keeps this pool full and vibrant Your angels invite you to step into the water And as you step in,

You notice how warm and comfortable this is Your breath is slowing down further and you know without a doubt that you are safe and you are loved Step by step,

You move deeper into the pool And you immerse yourself fully into these healing waters And with every step,

You feel a deeper and deeper healing that is coming over you All that has been weighing you down is simply dissolving And you are feeling so much lighter,

More free and surrounded by so much support You truly are feeling lighter,

Also more courageous,

More worthy,

More whole More able to step further forward in your life You believe in yourself,

You trust that there is a divine plan for your life Feel the waters around you Take a moment to just feel the support that the element of water provides for you Your guardian angel now invites you to receive a special anointing Water is gently being poured over you And as it touches you,

You experience a sense of even deeper well-being And freedom also from all that has encumbered you Feel this anointing Feel this all the way down into your bones Allow this special blessing to integrate into the depths of your being As the water surrounds you,

So does this special anointing blessing Your angel now encourages you to invoke a special healing mantra I am loved And as you say this to yourself,

Feel love surround you In such a warm embrace,

Feel the support Know that you are never alone Sense the beauty,

The glory,

The sustenance and the healing in this space This space that was created just for you Drink this moment in Breathe it in Make it your own moment Your angel now comes around behind you With a brilliant golden mantle,

A healing robe And this is being draped on your shoulders It is a mantle of comfort,

Of healing,

Of mercy And as you stand in the pool And the mantle totally surrounds you It dissolves anything that is no longer in your highest good In this moment And as this mantle touches your body You feel a deep sense of healing It is palpable It is for you now to receive this healing And invite that this experience will touch your very soul Just be here now in this temple And open to receive the wisdom that is needed for this chapter of your life Ask for what you need And know that it is already on its way to you I receive and infuse within me these positive affirmations as gifts Everything truly is unfolding perfectly I release all struggle and dissolve resistances within myself I move into the flow of alignment with the divine planned from my life I am unconditionally loved My heart is open and I embrace and love myself without condition I am the sky and not the passing weather I stand tall in my unique truth Ready and ripe for expression I release fear and I replace it with love and healing I am filled with a peaceful courage So be it Now it is time to leave the temple Begin to walk now towards the door Giving thanks to your allies and the healing angels And now journey down the path through the forest to the place where you began Notice the lightness in your step and the courage in your heart You know that you can return to this healing temple whenever you desire It waits for you And it is always ready to support you on your journey Make a memory of this experience and carry it with you May this be so May this be so And now begin to breathe deeper And feel yourself connecting back in with your own body Create the intention to stay in a space of clear mindedness,

Of openness,
