Let's take a moment of relaxation.

You can close your eyes if you'd like and take a couple of deep breaths.

Inhaling.

I'm just curious if you've ever felt alone.

I know I have.

And I also know that there is so much love for us.

It's always available.

Sometimes it's hard to feel it,

But I know it's there.

I thought it would be fun to take a few minutes and dive into that infinite pool of love that is always available.

Let's start by asking for the love to join us.

Asking by saying,

Hello love,

Please join us right here and right now.

It might feel a little silly asking for love to join us,

But truly it's always available and all you have to do is ask and then allow it to come in.

Allow this beautiful energy to flow into your body.

Imagine waves of love.

What would that look like?

Maybe it's beautiful colors.

Maybe it's just one color.

Maybe it's waves of sparkling energy.

Or circles.

Or circles.

And kisses.

Whatever you imagine love to be,

Imagine it floating over you and filling you up.

Filling your body up with this beautiful energy that is all around us all of the time.

I hear a lot of lyrics talking about all there is,

Is love.

So why not?

Believe it.

Embrace it.

And allow it to fill you up.

Just the idea of it brings a smile to my face.

And I hope it brings one to yours too.

And now imagine getting a big,

Warm,

Loving hug from someone you know.

Someone you know who loves you.

And if you can't think of anyone,

Then imagine that I'm giving you a big hug right now.

And letting you know that you are loved and you are not alone.

And that you are exactly where you need to be.

And doing exactly what you need to be doing.

And knowing that you can take this hug with you and allow it to bring a smile to your face for the rest of your day.
