This practice uses mindfulness, acceptance and self-compassion to help cope with the inevitable sense of threat and uncertainty experienced by people due to the covid-19 pandemic. This uses the four stages of a model known as 'ABLE', which are: Accept and Allow the experience, Breathe, Let go of the need for certainty and Expand attention and move back to an important activity.
