Doing so much, Racing around so much, Amassing so much, Worrying so much, Fearing so much, Fighting so much, Complaining so much, Destroying so much, Denying so much, Ignoring so much, Wasting so much. You know what to stop. You know. And now I am giving you permission to do what you have long wanted to do and feared you could not. Stop. The world will not come to an end if you stop. It may, In fact, Begin again, Newly. Life begins anew when we stop. Yes it does. Now will you stop?
