With your whole being, listen. To the spaces between the words. The lines in between. The whispers that have your best interest at heart. It is your turn to get to know the Soul of America. Breathe. Invite a conversation. Listen for the still, Small voice. Consider that the caliber of listening has a great deal to do with the caliber of speaking. For you to clearly hear my voice takes more than superficial, Give it to me quick, Can you put that in a tweet kind of listening. Listen as if you are on an airplane with its engine on fire and the flight attendant is telling you what you need to do to survive. Listen as if your life is at stake because it is. I will tell you and all who ask what you need, Not just to survive but to thrive. Please listen. What will help you listen with your whole being?
