Illusions That you ever really know is one of life's greatest illusions.

In an instant,

Everything can change.

And yet,

On a soul level,

Nothing changes.

In crazy,

Ever-changing and uncertain times,

I can help you be rock solid.

I can help you face fear and dread instead of running from them.

I can help you find your way in the darkness,

And even find comfort there.

Grasping for answers may keep you busy,

Yet will not serve you very well.

You will become exhausted and drained of hope.

And confidence.

I offer you another way.

Be with not knowing how it is going to turn out.

Be with not knowing who or what or when or where or how or why.

Sit with,

I don't know.

Rock with that.

Recline with that.

Even sleep with not knowing.

You will wake all the more refreshed because your heart and mind and body and spirit can truly rest when not grasping for unavailable answers.

Let go of the need to know.

Befriend not knowing.

She will serve you well.
