Live Plant Music - Jan 10 2021

This sound meditation was recorded from a live event here on InsightTimer on January 10, 2021. Using biofeedback devices, humans have been making plant-generated soundscapes since the 1970s. In this track, the plant is playing a flute instrument as a singing bowl drones softly in the background. It's best to listen to music at low volumes when trying to relax the mind.
