Waves

This short practice is inspired by Dre's own sitting practice. Waves are a representation of our thoughts and feelings. Sit, take a few breaths, and notice the thoughts and feelings as they come and go like waves on a seashore. Be compassionate to yourself, understanding that we can notice our thoughts and feelings without judgement and with loving kindness.
