Hello,

My dear friend.

My name is Jacob,

And I'm honored to be here with you tonight.

In this meditation,

You'll be guided to rest in the heart of the unknown,

That quiet,

Sacred space between what has been and what will be.

Here,

There are no answers to chase,

No certainties to hold,

Only the soft rhythm of life unfolding in its own time.

If you've been feeling uncertain,

Or if your mind's been trying to make sense of what comes next,

This practice is an invitation to let go.

To trust that even when the path ahead isn't clear,

Something greater is already guiding your every breath.

You've done enough for today,

Truly,

It is enough.

And as you close your eyes,

Let my voice keep watch over you,

So you can rest in peace held by the mystery itself.

Begin by letting your body settle.

Notice how the mattress rises to meet you,

How gravity gently draws you towards stillness.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw release,

Your stomach unwind,

There's nothing left to do.

Bring your awareness to your breath now.

That gentle,

Ancient rhythm that's carried you through every moment of your life.

We'll begin with a simple pattern,

One that tells the body it's safe to rest.

Inhale for four counts,

Hold for four,

Then exhale for eight.

Let's begin together.

Inhale,

Two,

Hold,

Exhale,

Let it feel natural now,

As if the body itself is breathing you,

As if something greater is guiding the rhythm.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into stillness,

Into stillness,

Into trust,

Into the unknown.

And as you drift within that quiet,

Begin to sense the space around you expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding.

Wider,

Softer,

Deeper than before.

Now,

Imagine that you're floating in a luminous,

Endless night.

There's no ground beneath you,

No horizon ahead,

Only the vast stillness of the cosmos stretching in every direction.

The stars shimmer softly around you,

Not as answers waiting to be found,

But as possibilities,

Gentle lights of what could be,

Each one pulsing in rhythm with your breath.

The air here is velvet and infinite.

It holds you effortlessly,

As if the universe itself is aware of your presence,

Cradling you in its quiet gravity.

You drift through constellations that move like slow rivers of light,

Their colors shifting from silver to violet to gold.

Each pulse of starlight whispers a truth beyond words.

You're safe to not know.

You're part of this unfolding.

There's nothing to chase,

Nothing to grasp.

You're being carried by the great mystery,

The same intelligence that spins the planets and opens every flower.

Let the darkness hold you now,

Not as emptiness,

But as the soft womb of creation,

Alive,

Breathing,

And full of grace.

In this infinite expanse,

The only task is to rest,

To let yourself be breathed,

To let yourself be known by all that you don't yet understand.

You continue to drift through the stars for what feels like eternity,

Weightless,

And calm.

The starlight gathers,

A soft golden radiance forming into the shape of a great presence.

It isn't outside of you,

And yet it feels vast,

Like the heartbeat of the universe made visible to you.

This is creation,

The living pulse behind all things,

The quiet intelligence that's carried you from the very beginning.

The golden light begins to move closer,

Not reaching out,

But flowing through the space between you.

A gentle wave of warmth and energy,

Subtle,

Radiant,

And aware.

It surrounds you completely,

And the moment it touches your skin,

Every cell in your body remembers what it means to feel safe.

A voice moves through the silence,

Deep,

Gentle,

Timeless.

You're safe to rest.

You're safe to not know.

You're being guided,

Even here and now.

You're part of something vast and kind.

The unknown isn't emptiness,

It's possibility.

Every breath brings you deeper into peace.

The rhythm of life knows what to do.

Trust in it.

Each phrase ripples through you like light across still water.

You feel your heartbeat slowing,

Your breath lengthening,

Your entire being loosening into a gentle surrender.

Creation speaks once more.

Their tones softer now,

Almost a whisper.

My child,

You don't need to understand where you're going.

You only need to rest in what's carrying you.

And with those words,

The starlight around you expands,

And alive.

You drift deeper into its glow,

Cradled by the very fabric of existence.

The glow of creation breathes all around you.

A sea of golden starlight moving in rhythm with your breath.

Each exhale softens you further.

Each inhale fills you with quiet knowing.

You're floating in peace,

Weightless,

Timeless,

Free.

Slowly,

You begin to notice that the light is changing.

It's no longer only around you,

It's now within you as well.

That same golden light that fills the stars is glowing softly in your chest,

Spreading warmth through your arms,

Your legs,

Your whole being.

The vastness of the cosmos folds inward,

Becoming your breath,

Your heartbeat,

The comfort of the bed beneath you.

You realize that the Earth itself is part of this great body of light,

Alive and breathing with you.

The same intelligence that spins the stars moves through the soil,

The oceans,

And your cells.

You've never been separate from it.

You've never been alone within it.

The light hums softly through you now.

It's steady and slow,

A lullaby older than time.

Let yourself rest in this union,

The infinite and the intimate,

The mystery and the Earth,

All breathing as one.

You're safe.

You're home.

You're held.

Now,

Drift,

My dear friend,

Into the quiet rhythm of sleep where creation keeps watch and the unknown hums softly,

Gently,

Guiding you through dreams made of starlight and soil,

Heaven and home.
