Hello,
Healing soul.
Today we are going to shift your energy to the higher and more healing one.
Our focus of this meditation will be to live in a moment of your victory.
You can use it anytime you feel anxious or have a need to relax or boost your positivity.
I'd like to kindly ask you to listen for my voice and words as if it were yours.
So now find a comfortable place to sit down,
Gently close your eyes and shift the focus inwards.
Let's take some cleansing and relaxing breaths.
A long soft breath in and even longer breath out taking all the stress and negativity out of your body.
Breath in and breath out.
One more breath in and out.
Dear me,
Today I choose to nurture my self-love and consciously create all the emotions,
Feelings and my overall state of being.
I do know how much power holds every word that I bring into my day,
So each moment I decide to consciously choose the ones that are representing my absolute health,
Highly vibrating emotion,
Positive energy and unconditional love to myself and others.
Now I embrace myself to feel the power of victory flying through my body.
I am taking a long rejuvenating breath in,
Holding it for 3 seconds while I internally repeat a one word mantra – Vik,
To,
Ri and slowly let that breath out.
In a moment I hold my breath for Vik,
To,
Ri.
I instantly change my body posture and my face mimic into the one that is representing my own self,
Being in a victory.
Each time I repeat the word Vik,
To,
Ri I feel as if I am absolutely healthy,
Joyous and excited,
Standing at the point of a reached goal,
Holding into my hands victory,
No matter what it means to me right now.
I take a soft breath in,
Vik,
To,
Ri and I let the breath out.
One more deep breath and Vik,
To,
Ri fills my lungs and each of my cells,
Now breathing it all out.
I keep repeating it for a few more minutes on my own rhythm until the sound of a bell will invite me to get back.
A breath in,
Vik,
To,
Ri and a very slow breath out.
I breath in,
Vik,
To,
Ri and I breath out.
I breath in,
Vik,
To,
Ri and a very slow breath out.
You Take a refreshing breath in and let it all out.
Slowly transfer all the sensations of victory into the surrounding environment.
You can start wiggling your toes and wiggling fingers.
Take one more refreshing breath in and out.
Slowly lift the corners of your lips and when you are ready open your eyes.
