Divine Plan Meditation II

This guided meditation is intended to attune the listener to the divine design of their life - in their body, mind and self expression. The Divine Design is the perfect design, as it is not based in duality. You will relax deeply and allow the "I am" statements to dissolve all stress, and reunite you with your powerful, divine and beautiful essence. Best when listened on a low volume setting while falling asleep and right upon awakening.

The divine plan meditation is based on the premise that each one of us has a blueprint of the divine design of our lives.

The divine design is the perfect design and the divine idea is the perfect idea as it is not created in duality.

Also it is important to note that if there is any good thing missing from your life it means you are not yet fully awake to your own good.

The following words will guide us to attune with our own innate goodness and to the divine design of our lives where all conditions are permanently perfect.

Welcome to the divine plan meditation 2,

The second edition.

Now we will begin this divine plan meditation by bringing awareness and a state of deep relaxation to the body.

So go ahead sit up straight or lay down in a supine position.

Close your eyes and gaze gently up between the eyebrows at the seat of concentration,

The spiritual eye.

Now expel the breath in a double exhalation.

Slowly draw the breath up through the nostrils filling your body with air.

Hold the breath briefly while tensing all the muscles from the feet to the face and exhale in a double exhalation while releasing all tension from each body part and now be completely still.

I will count down from ten to one and with each descending number you will be more and more relaxed,

Feeling good and in perfect health.

Ten,

Focus your awareness on the top of the head and place your scalp into a deep state of relaxation.

Nine,

Bring your awareness to the face,

The forehead,

The eyebrows,

The eyes,

The cheeks,

Nose,

Mouth and jaw and place these into a deep state of relaxation.

Eight,

Bring your awareness to the neck,

Shoulders,

Upper back and chest,

Placing these parts into a deep state of relaxation.

Seven,

Bring your awareness to the left arm and to the right arm.

Place the arms into a deep state of relaxation.

Six,

Focus your awareness on the left hand and on the right hand.

Place the hands into a deep state of relaxation.

Five,

Focus your awareness on the middle back,

The stomach,

Lower abdomen and lower back,

Placing them into a deep state of relaxation.

Four,

Focus your awareness to the hips,

Pelvis and thighs.

Place them into a deep state of relaxation.

Three,

Focus your awareness on the calves and the ankles.

Place them into a deep state of relaxation.

Two,

Focus your awareness on the left foot and on the right foot,

On the toes.

Place the feet into a deep state of relaxation.

One,

Fully relax the body from head to toes.

You may feel a subtle vibrational current,

A tingling sensation in your body and on the palms of your hands and this is very good.

Now you are calm and peaceful in a deep state of relaxation and your radio receiver is tuned,

Clear and receptive.

Move your awareness away from the body and focus with pure concentration at the spiritual eye for the remainder of the meditation and remain perfectly still.

An invocation,

Infinite spirit,

Divine mother,

Divine father,

Divine love and divine wisdom.

Let me now feel thy presence in every atom of my body,

In all of my being.

Guide me,

Divine spirit,

Now and forever so that my consciousness is forever in tune with infinite intelligence,

Cosmic consciousness.

Let me now be free of all delusions,

All ties,

Limitations and stagnations.

Guide me in my spiritual evolution under grace.

Let me live life by inspired thoughts and right action in accordance with thy divine will.

Let thy will be my will.

Show me how I am to be used in divine service.

Show me which talents I am to use now in my life for the greatest good of all.

Oh divine cosmos,

Guide me step by step as without thee I am lost in the world of maya,

The world of matter,

The world of illusion and mortal consciousness.

Hold me in thy divine embrace forever and ever.

Let me now reclaim the immortality of my soul.

Let thy omnipresent consciousness saturate my being and tune my radio receiver for the divine plan of my life to unfold now moment by moment under grace and in perfect ways.

We begin now the guided divine plan meditation.

You may repeat mentally after me.

I am divine light and divine love.

Divine light and divine love flows through me and radiates from me to everything around me.

I have the ability to feel the vitality and well-being that is keeping me alive and aware of myself.

I have the ability to feel groundless joy for no reason at all.

It is my birthright to feel joyful and at peace.

I welcome and I allow true unconditional love in my life.

I have the ability to express and receive true unconditional love.

I deeply love and accept myself the way I am now.

As I come home to myself,

I feel more love for myself and for others.

I express myself freely.

I am true to myself.

I have the ability to clearly hear my own intuitive guidance.

And as I tune into my own inner wisdom,

I make decisions quickly from this state of clear receptivity.

I am beginning to see more and more the beauty and perfection of me.

As my perception of others is a reflection of me,

I now see good qualities in those around me as well.

I can see and connect with the beauty and inherent innocence of others as I choose to.

And by so doing,

I become in tune with my real self,

My true authentic self.

As I follow my intuitive guidance,

I find that I am always at the right place at the right time.

For nothing else is possible.

I now realize that everything I do,

I do in the best possible way.

For each moment is an expression of its fullest potential.

Feel this truth.

I am one with the undivided one.

I deeply desire to know that I am more than my physical body.

I now allow the divine,

My own higher self,

To reclaim me.

I am ready to reclaim all of my power.

I am,

In essence,

Light.

This divine light permeates every particle of my body,

My whole entire being.

I am forever living in this light.

The divine spirit fills me without and within.

More and more,

I feel divine presence within me and around me,

Guiding me,

Protecting me,

Loving me.

And at first,

This sensation feels like peace.

I now fully surrender to the will of the benevolent universe.

I am wide awake to my good,

And only good now comes to me.

I move through the day with clarity,

Purpose,

And grace.

Everything that I do,

I do in the best possible way.

I now express the divine idea in my mind,

Body,

And affairs under grace and in perfect ways.

I am an unobstructed channel for divine wisdom to freely flow through.

Divine wisdom now and always manifests in my mind,

Body,

And soul.

I am now one with the unlimited power of my soul.

I am one with divine wisdom and divine joy.

Divine joy is continuously manifesting in my mind,

Body,

And consciousness.

I am the perfect expression of my soul's ever new joy.

It is my birthright to be healthy,

Wealthy,

And joyful.

I now claim all that is mine by divine right.

Joy,

Perfect health,

Perfect wealth,

And perfect self-expression.

Ever new joy is now manifesting in each cell of my body.

Joy is my natural,

Normal state of being.

I am saturated with the divine light and divine joy of the spirit.

I am whole,

Pure,

And perfect.

I am a perfect idea in divine mind.

I am open to knowing,

Embodying,

And completely living in this truth.

I only focus on what I do right and I speak kind words to myself.

I am wide awake to my good and only good now comes to me.

Every moment is brand new and all of my power is now.

Play and joy bring magic and miracles into my life.

I am miracle conscious.

I am aware and wide awake to my good.

The outcomes the universe now brings to me exceed my greatest and wildest expectations.

I look with wonder at all that is before me.

Divine spirit is freeing my life from all obstacles of delusion.

I now see clearly and I act quickly.

Today is a really good day.

Now is the appointed time.

Today is the day of my amazing blessings.

Miracles shall follow miracle and wonders shall never cease.

I let the divine plan of my life now be manifest and unfold before me.

I am now the perfect expression of divine love,

Divine joy,

Divine wisdom,

And divine intelligence.

I am now one with the unlimited power of my soul.

Infinite spirit let me realize again we are one.

Divine spirit let me now see clearly.

Let me see the truth of every situation.

Let me see through thy eyes,

Hear through thy ears.

Let me now perceive through thy divine wisdom and divine love.

I have perfect faith in the divine plan so beautifully and gracefully unfolding before me.

I am wide awake to my good.

I am lifted and electrically charged with my soul's eternal vitality,

Joy,

And well-being.

I do not resist any situation.

I give it to the hands of infinite love and wisdom.

Let the divine idea now come to pass.

I am magnetized by my poise.

I am now an irresistible magnet to all that is mine by divine right.

I am eternally blessed and protected by divine presence.

I am free.

I am inspired by the great inner spirit.

I am awake to my good and only good now comes to me.

The divine spirit now brings to me the fulfillment of all that I require and desire.

I am as magnetic and joyful as my soul is.

My way is now and forever paved by a golden stream of health,

Wealth,

Joy,

And abundance.

I am playful,

Joyful,

And youthful.

My soul's eternal youth is now manifesting in each cell of my body.

I am pure innocence,

Play,

Magic,

And joy.

I am the raindrop that sparkles like a diamond on a blade of grass.

I express thankfulness for each moment.

I invite all the world to dance,

And the whole universe is conspiring to help me succeed.

With infinite spirit and myself,

All things are possible.

My life is one of grace,

Ease,

And joy.

I am filled and saturated with divine spirit and all of its divine qualities,

Joy,

Presence,

Wisdom,

Love,

Grace,

Intelligence,

And more.

I am becoming increasingly more aware that in each moment,

I know just what to do and everything that I do,

I do in the best possible way.

I now and always have everything I need to be healthy,

Wealthy,

And joyfully free.

I have perfect faith in God's perfect work.

God's ways are ingenious and his methods are sure.

I do not limit infinite intelligence,

Therefore I do not limit myself,

For we are one.

I am awake to my good,

And only good can come to me.

I give thanks for the good that is already mine by divine right,

And in a twinkling of an eye,

All desires are fulfilled.

For the well-being of all,

For God's will is my will,

We are one.

I now fully allow and embrace the divine design of my life to now unfold under grace and in miraculous ways.

And now,

Let us breathe in these divine words spoken by the great guru and self-realized yogi,

Shri Paramahansa Yogananda.

Today,

I will open the door of my calmness and let the footsteps of silence enter all my activities.

I will perform all dutiful actions serenely,

Saturated with peace.

So,

Let the divine plan now manifest in its full and glorious potential.
