In this beautifully therapeutic Chakra piece, the listener will be prompted at each transition with chimes signaling which chakra to focus on starting first at the root, and ending with the crown with the number of chimes corresponding to each specific chakra. These seven separate three-minute sections of drone meditation music are produced with dissonant/earthy sounding modes and each part becoming more harmonious and etherial - half of the instruments are binaural (+/- 24 cents in each channel) and can be effective with or without headphones. Each of the seven parts are produced as process pieces, beginning with locrian mode and ending with lydian in C# with the entire recording sharing the same notes throughout. Meditators are also encouraged to try this exercise with loudspeakers that can help to experience the therapeutic subharmonic tones. Note: This piece is from the series, “Power Naps”, by Dialectic Flowers © 2018
