Jason T. Ingram is a wellness instructor, often facilitating intuitive dreamwork in addition to other relevant subjects. He is also an author (including Bark More, Wag Less, 2025), multimedia artist, and disability rights activist. Ingram produces original meditative music, including his ambient project Dialectic Flowers, hoping to create something different for curious listeners. Jason studied music (PCC, 1994), theology (RBTC, DSWM, 1999), and broadcasting (NYKU, HC, 2009), and received his Peer Support Specialist certificate in 2012 for mental health–related studies and projects. Ingram was ordained through ULC (2024) and has taught a variety of subjects, including movement meditation, science, sociology, and philosophy. In addition to practicing Qigong, Ingram has found significant benefit in Earthing, journaling, being in nature, practical dreamwork, and various forms of intuitive energy work. As a survivor of Complex PTSD and chronic illness who identifies as LGBTQ+, his hope is to empathize with real-life situations for those who have been victimized by a status- and power-obsessed society. He wants to share some of the tools that have enabled him to live with enough functionality to work part-time, remaining committed to regular self-care practices to cope with debilitating conditions. Jason is currently focusing much of his work on what he calls “Attention Caste" related to chronic failure, while pursuing his lifelong dream of composing and producing classical music.

Calming to my mind and nervous system. I grew up playing cello so I appreciate whenever it is used. Thank you for sharing this ‘alternative’ meditation track! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💖
